Method of application

Room aromatization: add 4-7 drops to an aroma lamp, fill it with water, light a candle, the duration of the procedure is 20-40 minutes.

Taking a bath: 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk or honey, add the mixture to water (37-38 ° C), duration of the procedure - 10-15 minutes.
