Composition
active ingredients: 100 ml of the preparation contains: Populus D1 7 ml, Sabal D6 10 ml, Conium D6 10 ml, Kalium iodatum D12 10 ml, Ferrum picrinicum D12 10 ml;
excipient: ethanol 43% (m/m).
1 ml of solution contains 25 drops.

Gentos® has a complex effect on the urogenital system. The components complement each other's effectiveness, thereby expanding the range of therapeutic action.
Gentos restores the physiological balance of sex hormones: it helps normalize neurohumoral regulation in the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicle system, the level of testosterone, 5α-dihydrotestosterone and estradiol, and eliminates age-related androgen deficiency.
It has an antiproliferative effect on the prostate: it inhibits prostate enlargement. It restores normal urination (reduces retention and strengthens the urine stream, facilitates the process of emptying the bladder, reduces the frequency of urination, including at night).
It affects both the mechanical (cessation of stromal tissue proliferation) and the dynamic component (normalization of the tone of the smooth muscles of the detrusor and bladder wall) of the formation of dysuria.
It affects the reservoir and evacuation functions of the urinary bladder. It improves microcirculation, venous outflow in the tissues of the urogenital zone. It reduces the severity of infravesical obstruction caused by prostate edema.
It has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and anti-edema effects, normalizes blood circulation and reduces stagnation in the pelvic organs, thus eliminating one of the main causes of the development and exacerbation of prostatitis, and provides prevention of inflammatory complications in patients with adenoma.
In patients with prostatitis, the drug reduces urination disorders, pain and burning during urination, and intimate intimacy.
Enhances cavernous blood flow and erectile function in patients with chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia, reduces the risk of infertility and impotence. Normalizes the composition of prostate secretion.

Indication
In the complex treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the prostate gland (benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis); diseases of the bladder (bladder atony, cystitis) in men and women; urination disorders of various origins, including in the postoperative period.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to the excipients of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
There is currently no information regarding the drug's interactions with other medications.
An unhealthy lifestyle, the use of stimulants, and an unhealthy diet can negatively affect the effectiveness of homeopathic medicines.
Application features
Gentos oral drops should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, as one dose of the drug (10 drops) contains 160 mg of alcohol.
The alcohol content should also be taken into account when using the drug in pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children and patients with a high risk of liver disease and the risk of epileptic seizures.
Do not use the drug for thyroid diseases without consulting a doctor.
If you have a fever or blood in your urine, you should consult a doctor immediately.
At the beginning of treatment with the drug, existing symptoms of the disease may temporarily worsen (primary reaction). This reaction is usually not harmful. If the symptoms do not disappear, the drug should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the drug can be used again. If the symptoms worsen again, the drug should be discontinued.
Since Gentos contains herbal and other natural ingredients, a slight change in the taste, transparency, or color of the solution may occur during storage, which does not lead to a decrease in the quality and effectiveness of the drug.
Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be supervised by a doctor experienced in the use of homeopathic medicines, as symptoms may occur that are not listed in the instructions for medical use.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
The drug has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines.

Method of administration and doses
Take 3 times a day 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals.
At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, it is recommended to take the drug every half hour to an hour up to 8 times a day until the condition improves, but not more than 3 days, after which it should be taken 3 times a day.
To enhance effectiveness, it is recommended to hold the drug in the mouth for some time before swallowing.
Treatment course
For acute prostatitis and acute cystitis, the course of treatment is 2 weeks.
In case of benign prostatic hyperplasia (adenoma), chronic prostatitis, chronic cystitis, bladder atony, chronic urination disorders of various origins, the course of treatment is 3 months. When the condition stabilizes, it is possible to switch to 1-2 single maintenance doses.
Children
The use of Gentos® oral drops in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended due to insufficient data.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been registered.

In exceptional cases, allergic reactions are possible in individuals with hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Expiration date
5 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Storage conditions
