Active ingredients
Clover meadow grass dry extract (Trifolium pratense) contains vegetable proteins and fats, simple and complex carbohydrates, vitamins (K, C, E, group B, carotene), trace elements and minerals (copper, magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and chromium), glycosides isotrifolin, itrifolin, tannins, alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids, wax, saponins, essential oils and organic acids (salicylic, coumarin). Isoflavones contained in clover have estrogenic activity and have a mild effect on hormonal balance. Clover grass also has anti-inflammatory properties. Dry extract of hop cones (Humulus lupulus) contains essential oil, tannins, lipids, resins, wax, bitter substances, lupulin, flavonoids (rutin, astragalin, isoquercitrin), vitamins B, PP, C, oxycinnamic acid, humulene acid, isomers of humulone: humulone, lupulone, valeric acid. The essential oil contains myrcene, farnesene, alcohols, organic acids (isovaleric, caprylic, pelargonic, caprionic), sesquiterpenes, trimethylamine, gum, alkaloid humulin, choline, hypoxanthine, adenine, cohumulone, humulone, ceractin and ceractin. Hop essential oil has bactericidal activity, has a calming effect and improves sleep. A number of active components of hops exhibit proestrogenic activity. In gynecological practice, hop cones (stems) are used for menstrual cycle disorders - amenorrhea, hypomenstrual syndrome in ovarian hypofunction, and algodysmenorrhea. Black cohosh has an estrogen-like effect without stimulating the proliferation of uterine and mammary gland tissues. In gynecological practice, black cohosh root extract is used to relieve pain in premenstrual syndrome and during menopause, in heavy menstruation, and in dysmenorrhea (including algodysmenorrhea). Cimicifuga extract alleviates symptoms of climacteric syndrome in the perimenopausal period. Extract of the fruits of the common dry plum (Vitex agnus-castus) contains iridoids, flavonoids and essential oils, which affect the concentration of female sex hormones. Extract of the common vitex is used for menstrual disorders, premenstrual syndrome, cyclic mastalgia, mastodynia and fibrocystic mastopathy. Extract of the anemone normalizes the hormonal background. Extract of the herb of St. John's wort dry (Hypericum perforatum) contains hyperin, hypericin, essential oil, resinous substances, anthocyanins, saponins, coumarins, flavonoids (rutin, quercitrin, isoquercitrin, hyperiside), isovaleric acid, vitamins: ascorbic acid E, carotene. St. John's wort also contains cerium alcohol, choline, alkaloids, macro- and microelements. The most active compounds are flavonoids - hypericin and pseudohypericin. In gynecological practice, St. John's wort is used for adhesive disease, diseases of the mammary glands, inflammatory diseases of the vagina (colpitis, vulvovaginitis), uterine bleeding, heavy and painful menstruation, cervical erosion, menstrual cycle disorders, including amenorrhea, including amenorrhea. The antidepressant and antianxiety effects of St. John's wort have also been described.
