Ginoksin vaginal capsules 1000 mg No. 1

Ginoxin is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent.

The drug exhibits high fungistatic and fungicidal activity against dermatophytes (all species of Trichophyton, Microsporum, Epidermophyton), Candida albicans and other fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes. The drug inhibits the acid proteinase of Candida albicans.

Indications for use

Active ingredient: fenticonazole nitrate;

1 capsule contains fenticonazole nitrate 1000 mg;

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug.

Method of application

Apply intravaginally.

Insert 1 capsule deep into the vagina in a lying position in the evening before bedtime.

Treatment of infections caused by Trichomonas vaginalis and mixed infections (Trichomonas + Candida): use 1 capsule of 1000 mg. If necessary, repeat the application after 24 hours.

Treatment of infections caused by Candida albicans: 1 capsule of 1000 mg should be taken once in the evening. If symptoms persist, repeat the application of the 1000 mg capsule after 3 days.

Pregnant women

The drug should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as there are no research data on the use of the drug in these groups of patients.

Children

Do not use the drug in children.

Drivers

The drug does not affect the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms.

Overdose

There have been no reports of overdose. Lomexin is intended for topical use, not oral administration. In case of accidental oral administration, abdominal pain and vomiting may occur.

On the skin - redness, itching, rash.
