Properties

Gymnema vulgaris contains gymnemic acids, which have hypoglycemic effects: they stimulate insulin secretion by pancreatic β-cells and reduce glucose absorption from the intestine. Gymnema also promotes β-cell regeneration and has hypolipidemic effects.

Momordica, due to the content of insulin-like peptides, helps reduce the level of fast glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, helps increase glucose tolerance. In addition, momordica extract stimulates glucose utilization by peripheral tissues, thereby reducing insulin resistance.

Azadirachta indica exhibits hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic activity, and also has antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects.

Himalayan Shilajit is a mineral-herbal complex with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, adaptogenic, and immunomodulatory activity.

Picrorhiza curroa contains glycosides that inhibit the activity of the enzyme -amylase, reducing the breakdown of starch and other carbohydrates to glucose, lowering postprandial glucose levels. It has antioxidant, cardio- and hepatoprotective activity.

Basil increases insulin secretion, thereby lowering blood glucose levels. It also has hypolipidemic activity.
