Composition
1 tablet contains active ingredients: glycine – 149.5 mg (mg); magnesium asparaginate (in the form of anhydrous magnesium asparaginate) – 245 mg (mg).
Excipients: filler: sorbitol; raising agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone (crospovidone); flavoring: peppermint oil; humectant: colloidal silicon dioxide, sweetener: saccharin; stabilizer: sodium stearyl fumarate.
Properties
Glicised Max is an additional source of the amino acid glycine and the macroelement magnesium. These components (glycine and magnesium) are natural for the human body.
The properties of Glicised Max are due to the combined action of the components that make up its composition.
Glycine (aminoacetic acid) is a metabolic regulator and inhibitory neurotransmitter, has antioxidant and antitoxic effects, and regulates the activity of glutamate receptors.
Adding glycine to the diet helps reduce high blood pressure and reduce the level of free fatty acids in blood plasma.
Magnesium is one of the main macronutrients necessary for the normal functioning of the human body:
participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids, in the breakdown of glucose, the elimination of toxins, and the absorption of vitamins C, B1, and B6;
regulates the transport of calcium and potassium into and out of cells, thereby contributing to the normal functioning of the heart muscle, as well as skeletal muscle relaxation and vasodilation;
plays an important role in the formation of neurotransmitters and the transmission of nerve impulses.
The need for magnesium increases with physical exertion, chronic fatigue syndrome, stress, alcohol abuse, unbalanced restrictive diets, taking certain medications (oral contraceptives, diuretics, chemotherapy). According to the European Food Safety Agency, magnesium reliably contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, reducing fatigue and exhaustion, maintaining electrolyte balance, normal protein synthesis, cell division and energy metabolism; contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth. Aspartic acid is a natural amino acid that is part of the body's proteins, participates in the metabolism of nitrogenous substances, pyrimidine bases and urea. By reducing the ammonia content, it helps protect the central nervous system, balances the processes of excitation and inhibition in it, and stimulates the immune system. By increasing glycogen reserves, aspartic acid helps maintain protein-energy balance. Aspartic acid salts (asparaginates) exhibit adaptogenic properties: they increase the body's endurance and resistance to various influences.

Recommendations for use
It is recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the amino acid glycine and the mineral magnesium to reduce increased excitability and irritability, overcome anxiety and psychoemotional stress in functional disorders of the nervous system (neurosis-like conditions, vegetative-vascular dystonia), maintain stress resistance and prevent the occurrence of pathological consequences of stress, protect the nervous system, increase the body's endurance and resistance to various influences, improve mood, in stressful situations, chronic fatigue syndrome, to increase mental performance, improve sleep and falling asleep.
Method of application
Adults should take 1 tablet 2 times a day. The tablet is kept in the mouth until completely dissolved (behind the cheek or under the tongue).
Duration of use – 14-30 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated. The dose and duration of use can be changed on the recommendation of a doctor.
Reservation
Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to the components of the dietary supplement; arterial hypotension, severe renal failure, hypermagnesemia, diarrhea, myasthenia gravis, atrioventricular block; pregnancy, breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.
