Composition
active ingredient: hawthorn fruit tincture;
1 ml of the preparation contains tincture of hawthorn fruit (Crataegi fructus) (1:10) (extractant - 70% ethanol).

Main physicochemical properties: transparent liquid from yellow-red to reddish-brown in color, bitter in taste, with a faint aromatic odor; sediment formation during storage is allowed.

Pharmacodynamics.
Biologically active substances contained in hawthorn fruits (flavonoids, choline, acetylcholine, tannins, phytosterols, triterpenic acids) enhance blood circulation in the coronary vessels and cerebral vessels, increase the sensitivity of the myocardium to cardiac glycosides and reduce its excitability, which leads to a certain increase in heart muscle contractions.
Pharmacokinetics.
The drug is well absorbed when taken orally. The effect occurs after 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Indication
Functional disorders of the cardiovascular system (neurocirculatory dystonia); as an auxiliary drug for mild forms of heart rhythm disorders (atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal tachycardia).
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Severe hypotension and bradycardia.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
The drug enhances the effect of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmic drugs. Use with alkaloid salts is not recommended due to the possibility of negative complexes. The drug should not be used together with cisapride. May enhance the effect of hypnotics, sedatives and hypotensive drugs.

Application features
The medicine is not recommended to be taken with meals to avoid interaction with food components.
Glod-Vishfa is a traditional herbal medicine for use according to indications confirmed by long-term use.
This medicine contains 70% by volume of ethanol (alcohol), i.e. 690.55 mg/dose. Harmful for patients suffering from alcoholism. Caution should be exercised when used in patients with liver disease and epilepsy.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
The drug may cause drowsiness, so during use you should refrain from driving vehicles and working with potentially dangerous mechanisms.
Method of administration and doses
Apply inside before meals. Adults are recommended to use 20 drops of tincture 3 times a day, children from 12 years old - at the rate of 1 drop per 1 year of life 3 times a day until a stable therapeutic effect is achieved. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually, taking into account the nature and severity of the disease.
You should consult a doctor if the symptoms of the disease do not disappear while using the medicine or if you experience side effects not listed in the instructions for medical use of the medicine.
Children
The medicine is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
Symptoms: decreased blood pressure, drowsiness, bradycardia.
Treatment: discontinuation of the drug and symptomatic therapy.

Cardiovascular system: bradycardia, significant decrease in blood pressure.
On the part of the immune system: allergic reactions (including hyperemia, rash, itching, skin edema).
