Properties

Glucemedin® is a balanced complex that includes standardized natural plant extracts that have a positive effect on metabolic processes in the pancreas and liver and normalize blood glucose levels.

Gymnema leaf extract (Gymnema Sylvestre) contains a number of active substances that affect glucose metabolism: glycosides (gymnemozides) and gymnemic acid (reduces the flow of glucose from the intestines to the bloodstream) and gurmarin (acts on the corresponding receptors and reduces taste sensations, which has a positive effect on carbohydrate metabolism disorders in type II diabetes). Gymnema is used as a hypoglycemic agent that inhibits the absorption of glucose and fatty acids from the intestines to the bloodstream and reduces the risk of vascular complications in type I and II diabetes. Gymnema increases the hypoglycemic effect of antidiabetic drugs. The effectiveness of gymnema in diabetes has been clinically proven.

Banaba leaf extract (Lagerstroemia speciosa) contains corosolic acid and gallic acids, which significantly reduce blood glucose and cholesterol levels, and promote fat breakdown, as evidenced by clinical studies conducted in specialized clinics. This explains the antihypertensive, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which play an important role in improving the quality of life in patients with type II diabetes. The components that make up banaba extract increase tissue sensitivity to insulin, help and promote weight loss. Banaba is used in dietary nutrition for overweight people and diabetics to prevent the development of complications and normalize glucose metabolism.

Bitter melon extract (Momordica charantia) is an additional source of glycosides, amino acids, saponins (charantin), alkaloids, reducing sugars, vegetable fats and free acids that can safely reduce blood glucose and cholesterol levels in patients with diabetes, stimulate pancreatic insulin secretion, reduce intestinal glucose absorption, and increase glucose absorption and utilization in peripheral tissues. Charantin, which is part of the bitter melon fruit extract, has an insulin-like effect, promoting the penetration of glucose into cells. Clinical studies have proven a decrease in glucose levels and stimulation of insulin production by pancreatic cells. Momordica charantia has a positive effect on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, promotes cell regeneration in the pancreas.

According to scientific research, the extracts that make up Glucemedin® can be compared in hypoglycemic activity to chemical hypoglycemic agents (glibenclamides), and at the same time, they have a significantly higher safety profile, reducing the risk of developing cardiovascular complications.

Glucemedin® is recommended for use as a balanced complex of standardized plant extracts for type 2 diabetes mellitus to reduce blood glucose, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels.

Standardized plant extracts that make up Glucemedin® contribute to the breakdown of lipids, correction of body weight in case of overweight and prevent cholesterol deposition on the inner walls of blood vessels, reduce the risk of vascular complications in type I and II diabetes, have a positive effect on the functional state of the pancreas and improve its functional activity; contribute to improving the hormonal background in the body and general well-being, normalization of glucose metabolism and regeneration of pancreatic cells.

Method of application

Adults should take 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals; drink plenty of water. The course of use is 2-3 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.
