Justification of the action of the components of the biologically active supplement "GRACIVEN":
Hydromin - belongs to the group of natural flavonoids and is a standardized (analytically verified) mixture of 5,3-mono-O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-diosmin and 5,3-di-O-(β-hydroxyethyl)-diosmin. Strengthens capillary walls and reduces capillary fragility (characteristic of people with a hereditary predisposition and unbalanced nutrition). Improves erythrocytes (red blood cells that carry oxygen) and gives them the ability to penetrate the narrowest areas of the bloodstream, reduces blood viscosity. Strengthens venous walls and promotes the outflow of venous blood, improves lymphatic drainage. Effectively treats symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency (pain, swelling, feeling of heaviness), also has a positive effect on the condition of the vessels of the hemorrhoidal plexus.
Hesperidin is a natural bioflavonoid found in citrus fruits. Strengthens the walls of venous vessels (including varicose veins), increases strength and reduces pathologically increased permeability. Promotes collagen synthesis in the walls of capillaries, making them stronger, prevents pathological bleeding. Improves peripheral blood circulation and lymph outflow, prevents blood clotting. Has pronounced antioxidant properties. Improves the function of the liver, endocrine glands (including the thyroid), is used as geroprotectors - means to prolong youth and prevent premature aging.
Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L.) is a plant of the Sapindaceae family. It has a rich chemical composition: it contains triterpene saponins (escin), tannins, vitamins B1, C, K, indirect glycosides, esculin, fraxin. It has venotonic properties, reduces inflammation and thrombus formation, improves blood microcirculation. The analgesic, wound-healing, antibacterial, anti-edematous, diuretic, anti-atherosclerotic (removes low-density lipoproteins from the walls of blood vessels and atherosclerotic plaques), and antioxidant properties of horse chestnut extract are known.
It is used for varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, hemorrhoids, as well as for atherosclerosis, Raynaud's disease, anemia, gallbladder diseases, vascular spasms, stomach diseases with increased acidity, chronic intestinal diseases, articular rheumatism, osteochondrosis, and sciatica.
Ruscus aculeatus is a plant of the asparagus family (Asparagaceae). It is rich in saponins (ruscoside, ruscogenin, etc.), vitamins C, P, PP, plant fibers, macro- and microelements (potassium, magnesium, iron, silicon, etc.). The healing properties of butcher's clover were known to the ancient Greeks. It helps to narrow varicose veins, strengthens venous walls, reduces capillary permeability and fragility, reduces thrombus formation and inflammation. It improves cellular metabolism and removes end products of metabolism (slags) from muscle tissue, which is especially important in conditions of hypoxia caused by venous insufficiency. It has a mild diuretic effect. Used to relieve discomfort associated with varicose veins (pain, itching, swelling, heaviness, cramps), also used for gout, jaundice, thrombophlebitis, venous thrombosis, hemorrhoids (eliminates itching and burning), premenstrual blood and glycosylated hemoglobin).
L-arginine is a partially essential amino acid that makes up all proteins and peptides in the human body. L-arginine is called "the most powerful amino acid in cardiology": it is from it that nitric oxide NO is formed in the vessels - an important factor of local regulation, promotes relaxation of arteries and rejuvenation of blood vessels, prevents atherosclerosis, thrombosis and chronic spasms. The role of NO in the formation of long-term memory, immunity, effective antitumor protection is known; in the regulation of the synthesis of many hormones (thyroxine, insulin, growth hormone, sex hormones). L-arginine deficiency can lead to premature aging of blood vessels and the heart, increased blood clotting, reduced resistance to ischemia and hypoxia (oxygen starvation). Due to the lack of NO, hypertension and its complications (heart attacks, strokes, retinal and kidney damage), ischemic heart disease, heart and kidney failure, diabetes, peripheral vascular atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease and erectile dysfunction develop more quickly. L-arginine is part of drugs that have a positive effect on the cardiovascular and nervous systems, liver function, immune system, and promote faster recovery from infections (including CoVID-19).
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is an important component for the formation and restoration of connective tissue (bones, cartilage, ligaments, skeleton of internal organs, vascular walls, etc.). It is not formed in the human body and comes only with food. Without ascorbic acid, collagen synthesis is impossible, which makes up about a third of all proteins in humans. Ascorbic acid normalizes capillary permeability and has powerful antioxidant properties, promotes iron absorption, elimination of toxins, improves immunity and the functioning of the central nervous system. Vitamin C deficiency is observed during physical exertion (infections, fever, burns, surgeries, injuries), chronic diseases (hyperthyroidism, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, chronic kidney disease), excessive alcohol consumption; in the elderly and during rapid growth. The dietary supplement "GRACIVEN" can be recommended as an additional source of substances that contribute to the removal of excess fluid from soft tissues and the prevention of its further accumulation, strengthening the walls of veins, arteries and capillaries, possessing antioxidant properties, eliminating vascular spasms. It can be used as a prophylactic agent in people suffering from varicose veins, lymphostasis, hemorrhoids, who are in an upright or sitting position for a long time, who take a large amount of fluid (including patients suffering from constipation, diarrhea, chronic intestinal diseases, thrombophlebitis, who have undergone surgery for varicose veins or hemorrhoids, in those who have impaired outflow of venous blood from the head (who usually experience a throbbing headache in the morning hours).
Recommendations for use
Taken as a general tonic, it has a positive effect on the condition of blood vessels.
Adults: the first 2-3 months - 2 capsules 2 times a day during meals, washed down with 1/2 glass of drinking water (active course). The next 2-3 months - 1 capsule 2 times a day (maintenance course). The recommended duration of treatment is 4-6 months.
