Indications for use

It has a disinfectant, antiseptic, bactericidal, cleansing effect; improves blood circulation, tones the lymphatic system and helps to remove toxins and toxins from the body. It relieves tissue swelling, relaxes tense and tired muscles, tones, soothes headaches and serves as a prevention of depression. Grapefruit essential oil is recommended for improving sebum secretion and drainage functions, lightening and whitening oily skin. It perfectly cleanses and tones the skin, prevents the formation of comedones. Grapefruit oil restores the natural secretion of oily hair, improves hair tone, and with prolonged use eliminates its increased pollution and stickiness. This oil perfectly strengthens and nourishes hair, giving it a healthy and shiny appearance.

Contraindication

Method of administration and dosage

Inhalation: Add the essential oil blend to a wide-mouthed container according to the recipe. Cover your head and shoulders with a terry towel, inhale slowly and deeply, repeat 2-3 times.

Aromatherapy lamps: The easiest way to use essential oils at home. An aromatherapy lamp can be used to create a pleasant atmosphere in any room. First, pour warm water into a bowl, then drop a few drops of essential oil into it.

Gargle: Add the oil in the indicated dosage to a glass of boiled water. Gargle several times a day.

Compress: Pour 200 ml of water at the desired temperature and add the required amount of oil. Soak a cloth in the resulting mixture and apply to the skin for 5-10 minutes.

Face masks: add essential oils to 10 g of the suggested base oil, previously poured into a small, hermetically sealed jar, strictly following the indicated dosages. Mix thoroughly and the enriched oil is ready for use.

Aromatic baths: the water temperature in the bath should be 35-38 °C. Essential oils can be dissolved in 100 ml of milk or 1 tablespoon of honey, according to the recipe; the optimal bath duration is 10-15 minutes.

In the bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to a bucket of water. Splash onto heated stones.

Massage: Apply 10 drops of regular carrier oil or cream to the palm of your hand. Add the required amount of essential oil. Rub the mixture in your palm and massage.
