Composition
1 sachet contains: active ingredients: L-arginine – 2000 mg(mg), magnesium lactate dihydrate – 470 mg(mg) (corresponding to 48 mg Mg2+, or 1.97 mmol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 5 mg(mg); excipients: citric acid, fructose, flavoring, sucralose.
Properties
L-arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid that participates in various physiological processes. As a result of metabolism from L-arginine in our body, nitric oxide (NO) is formed, the discovery of the beneficial properties of which was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine. L-arginine acts as a precursor to nitric oxide, which is released from the cells of the inner walls of blood vessels and promotes their expansion, improving general blood circulation and blood supply to organs.
As a nitric oxide donor, L-arginine participates in the processes of energy supply of the body, reduces the activation and adhesion of leukocytes and platelets to the vascular endothelium. Taking L-arginine increases the possibility of overcoming erectile dysfunction in men. L-arginine is involved in the processes of spermatogenesis, is a precursor in the synthesis of putrescine, spermidine and spermine, and is able to improve sperm motility.
L-arginine is used to correct endothelial dysfunction in women at high risk of preeclampsia, increases the level of chorionic gonadotropin, promotes intrauterine fetal growth by increasing the production of nitric oxide (NO) and improving blood circulation in the umbilical arteries.
Magnesium is an essential cation necessary for the normal course of metabolic processes in the body. It participates in ATP-dependent enzymatic reactions, is a stabilizer of cell membranes and intracellular organelles.
Magnesium is involved in the regulation of metabolism in the nervous, musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular and hematopoietic systems, as well as in the metabolism of hormones (including sex hormones). It protects the myocardium from hypoxia and ischemia.
It has a calming effect, reduces neuromuscular excitability, and ensures normal muscle contraction.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) participates in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, as well as in the process of hemoglobin synthesis.
The simultaneous use of magnesium and pyridoxine hydrochloride enhances the effect of each of them. Thus, vitamin B6 increases the concentration of magnesium in blood plasma and erythrocytes, reduces urinary excretion. Magnesium, in turn, activates the process of biotransformation of pyridoxine hydrochloride in the liver to the active metabolite pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The combined use of vitamin B6 and magnesium compensates for the deficiency of these substances and increases their absorption in the intestine and passage into cells due to the formation of a chelate complex "vitamin B6 - magnesium - amino acids".

Method of application
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass and pour 100 ml of drinking water at room temperature, stir until completely dissolved and drink immediately after preparation, during meals.
Take 100 ml, twice a day.

Contraindication
