Gripocitron-Broncho syrup 1.5 mg/ml bottle of 100 ml

Grippocitron-Broncho syrup is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of cough (including dry cough) of various origins in children.

Composition

Active ingredient: butamirate;

1 ml of syrup contains 1.5 mg of butamirate citrate;

Excipients: sorbitol (E 420), glycerin, sodium saccharin, benzoic acid (E 210), vanillin, ethanol 96%, sodium hydroxide, purified water.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the drug or its excipients.

Method of application

Children aged 3 to 6 years: 5 ml (1 measuring spoon or 1 sachet of 5 ml) 3 times a day;

children aged 6 to 12 years: 10 ml (2 measuring spoons or 2 sachets of 5 ml) 3 times a day;

children aged 12 to 18 years: 15 ml (3 measuring spoons or 3 sachets of 5 ml or 1 sachet of 15 ml) 3 times a day.

Adults: 15 ml (3 measuring spoons or 3 sachets of 5 ml or 1 sachet of 15 ml) 4 times a day.

The measuring spoon should be washed and dried after each use.

The maximum course of treatment without a doctor's prescription should not exceed 1 week.

It is advisable to take the drug with food.

Application features

Pregnant women

The drug should not be used during the first three months of pregnancy. During other periods of pregnancy, the drug can be used only as prescribed by a doctor if there are direct indications for such treatment.

Children

The drug can be used in children from 3 years of age.

Drivers

With caution.

Overdose

An overdose of the drug may cause the following symptoms: drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, and hypotension.

Standard emergency measures should be applied: gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal, monitoring of vital functions if necessary.

There is no specific antidote.

Interaction

The simultaneous use of expectorants should be avoided.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.
