Recommendations for use

The bristles of the toothbrush should be at a 45° angle to the periodontal groove. Brush the outer surface of 2-3 teeth without excessive force, using a circular back and forth motion. Move the brush to the next group of 2-3 teeth and repeat the procedure. Place the toothbrush vertically on the back surface of the front teeth. Make several up-and-down movements along the surface of the teeth using the front side of the brush. Maintain a 45-degree angle between the bristles and the contact surface of the teeth and gums. Place the toothbrush on the chewing surface of the teeth and gently brush back and forth.
