Properties
The functional properties of HepaReal capsules are due to the properties of active ingredients, which contain a large number of biologically active substances (anam extract, turmeric extract, silymarin and piperine), and their ability to enhance and complement each other's effects.
Anam extract (Petiveria alliacea) has the following properties:
- anti-inflammatory effect;
- increases immunity and reduces susceptibility to viruses and microbes.
Turmeric extract (Curcuma Longa) has the following properties:
- has a choleretic effect;
- increases the amount of glutathione - an antioxidant and liver detoxifier;
- has a pronounced immunomodulatory effect (modulates the functions of T-cells, B-cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages and neutrophils);
- has antimutagenic and antioxidant effects;
- reduces the content of harmful cholesterol in the body and reduces the likelihood of developing atherosclerosis;
- increases immunity and reduces susceptibility to viruses and microbes.
Silymarin is a mixture of extractive substances obtained from the fruits of milk thistle, which exhibit the following properties:
- bioactive components neutralize free radicals in the liver, improve microcirculation, prevent the destruction of cellular structures, in particular, stabilize hepatocyte membranes and accelerate liver cell regeneration;
- The antihepatotoxic effect of silymarin is due to its competitive interaction with receptors for the corresponding toxins on the hepatocyte membrane, which leads to a slowdown in the development of steatosis and liver fibrosis;
Piperine is a black pepper extract that has the following properties:
- increases the bioavailability of curcumin, is its synergist;
- has antioxidant activity and removes free radicals, thereby protecting the body from oxidative stress;
- has an anti-inflammatory effect.

HepaReal, capsules, as a dietary supplement can be recommended in dietary diets as an additional source of biologically active substances of natural origin: flavonoids, fatty acids, curcuminoids, silymarin and other substances.
HepaReal capsules help normalize the functional state of the hepatobiliary system:
- helps increase the liver's resistance to negative environmental factors,
- promotes the restoration of the liver parenchyma and its physiological functions, particularly at risk of developing liver damage due to the effects of toxic substances (including alcohol, toxic elements, medicines, and others),
- helps normalize the functional state of the liver in chronic inflammatory liver diseases, after infectious or toxic hepatitis.
Contraindication
Individual sensitivity to the components of the product. If you are taking any other products or medications, consult your doctor before taking HepaReal capsules. Do not use in case of gallstone disease in the acute stage, in case of estrogen-dependent tumors.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Method of application
HepaReal capsules should be taken by adults aged 18 and over, 1 capsule once a day, preferably with meals or as recommended by a doctor.
