Composition

1 capsule contains: main substances: glycyrrhizin - 50 mg (mg); glycine - 50 mg (mg); DL-methionine - 50 mg (mg); phospholipids - 217 mg, which is equivalent to 65 mg of phosphatidylcholine.

Properties

Phospholipids contained in HEPARIZIN® PLC are similar in chemical structure to endogenous phospholipids, but far surpass them due to the high content of polyunsaturated (essential) fatty acids. These high-energy molecules are mainly incorporated into the structures of cell membranes and contribute to the restoration of damaged liver tissues. Phospholipids affect impaired lipid metabolism by regulating lipoprotein metabolism, as a result of which neutral fats and cholesterol are converted into forms suitable for transportation. When phospholipids are excreted through the biliary tract, the lithogenic index decreases and bile is stabilized.

Phospholipids also improve the lipophilic properties of glycyrrhizic acid, increasing the intensity and speed of its absorption by more than 2 times.

Recommendations for use

On the recommendation of a doctor as an additional source of the essential sulfur-containing amino acid - methionine and natural biologically active components:

Glycine - a non-essential amino acid that stimulates the formation of glycogen by the liver, regulates metabolism, and has antitoxic, antioxidant, detoxifying, and hepatoprotective properties;

Glycyrrhizin (potassium and calcium salt of glycyrrhizic acid), whose structural similarity to hormones determines its biological activity (anti-inflammatory, antifibrotic, antiallergic, antiviral, immunomodulatory properties) and phosphatidylcholine (the main component of phospholipids), which is the main structural element of cellular and intracellular membranes and is able to restore their structure and functions when damaged, exerting a protective effect with the aim of:

• improvement of the functional state of the liver and prevention of complications in chronic hepatitis, including viral origin, and other diffuse liver diseases;
• effective antivirus protection against virus penetration;
• increasing mental performance;
• improving the functional state of the skin and creating optimal conditions for the body's functioning in psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema.

Method of application

Adults should take 1 capsule 3 times a day after meals.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to components, acute viral hepatitis, arterial hypertension, pregnancy and lactation.
