Active ingredients

Silymarin, which is part of "Hepasyril", is a mixture of extractive substances isolated from the fruits of milk thistle, namely: silibinin, silidanin, silychristin. The action of silymarin is due to the stimulation of cellular metabolism, activates the synthesis of proteins and phospholipids in hepatocytes, prevents the destruction of cell membranes, which prevents the loss of cell components, prevents the penetration of toxins into liver cells. Methionine in "Hepasyril" fills the deficiency of amino acids, regulates nitrogen balance, contains a mobile methyl group and participates in methylation processes, ensuring the synthesis of choline, adrenaline, creatine and other biologically important compounds, neutralizes toxic products and forms. Methionine prevents the deposition of neutral fat in the liver, has a lipotropic effect (removal of excess fat from the liver), modulates the action of hormones and vitamins (B12, ascorbic and folic acids). L-arginine (an aliphatic amino acid, which is considered conditionally essential), is a donor of NO and acts as a carrier. This substance improves the supply of nitric oxide to enzyme systems, participates in transamination reactions and enhances the excretion of accumulated protein metabolism products. As a result, the following effects are observed: improved muscle trophism, accelerated recovery processes, improved erectile function, reduced blood pressure, better penetration of other amino acids into muscle tissue. L-arginine prevents the development of oxidative stress, protects cells from aging, reduces the formation of abnormal cholesterol, increases collateral blood flow, helps reduce the frequency of angina attacks, increases the production of somatotropic hormone, increases endurance. L-glutathione is actively involved in the synthesis of leukotrienes, acting as a cofactor of the specific enzyme glutathione peroxidase. The substance is a hydrophilic molecule in its structure, which tends to bind to hydrophobic toxins in the liver tissues during their biological transformation and is excreted in the bile. L-glutathione is involved in the detoxification of methylglyoxal, converting it into lactoylglutathione, and the toxic compound is broken down to lactic acid by hydrolysis. This chemical compound protects immune cells (lymphocytes) from the effects of toxins and supports immunity at the cellular level.
