Composition
Composition, tablet, 1.15 g (g) ± 7.5%:
S-adenosylmethionine - 400 mg (mg), glutathione - 250 mg (mg);
Excipients: starch, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, mannitol, lactose, povidone K-30, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium starch glycolate, red iron oxide.
GMO-free.
General characteristics
S-adenosyl-L-methionine (ademethionine) is a biological substance that is part of all tissues and body fluids and participates in more than 40 biochemical reactions, the most important of which are: transmethylation - transfer of methyl groups for the synthesis of phospholipids, hormones, neurotransmitters; transsulfuration - participation in the synthesis of cysteine, taurine, glutathione (one of the most important antioxidants), coenzyme A, aminopropylation - participation in the synthesis of polyamines that stimulate cell regeneration and hepatocyte proliferation.
S-adenosyl-L-methionine has a lipotropic effect, and its level affects the state of antioxidant, detoxification and regenerative functions of the liver. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of S-adenosyl-L-methionine have been noted.
The largest amount of ademetionine is synthesized by liver and brain cells. Liver dysfunction is accompanied by a decrease in the level of S-adenosyl-L-methionine. This is manifested by increased sensitivity of cells to the action of free radicals, toxic substances, impaired cell regeneration, liver and brain function, and energy depletion. Also, a reduced level of S-adenosyl-L-methionine is observed in people suffering from depressive disorders. Ademetionine participates in the reactions of synthesis of biological polyamines, which play an important role in the transmission of neurohumoral signals and nerve regeneration, stimulates the formation of neurotransmitters, therefore, provides a speed of reaction, activation of mental activity, improvement of mood, showing antidepressant activity.
Glutathione is a tripeptide that is a natural component of cells in all body tissues. It consists of three amino acids: glutamine, cysteine, and glycine. Due to its wide range of intracellular functions, glutathione is a central link in the body's homeostatic systems, which play a primary role in forming resistance to aggressive environmental factors, acting as one of the main intracellular antioxidants with a powerful detoxifying effect.
This tripeptide restores more than 300 oxidized substances, in particular, binds free radicals, restores products of lipid peroxidation, membrane phospholipids, proteins, nucleic acids and removes them from the body in the form of non-toxic conjugates, restores other antioxidants (vitamins C and E). Glutathione neutralizes toxins in the gastrointestinal tract before their absorption, and also removes toxins and chemicals that have already been absorbed and circulate in the body. In addition, glutathione has immunomodulatory properties, in particular, activates natural killers (NK cells) and modulates the functional activity of T-lymphocytes.

Dietary supplement to the diet - a source of coenzyme S-adenosylmethionine and tripeptide glutathione; helps normalize the functioning of the liver and biliary tract, improves digestion. Strengthens the immune system and increases the body's endurance, especially during periods of intense physical and psycho-emotional stress. Has antioxidant properties, improves mood.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Method of application
Adults: 1 tablet twice a day, one hour before or two hours after meals, with a glass of water (200 ml). The course of administration can be carried out twice a year or as recommended by a doctor.
Duration of use: 4-6 weeks. Further duration of use should be agreed with the doctor.
