Composition
active substances: 1 tablet contains: Chelidonium majus D4 - 30 mg, Cinchona pubescens D3 - 30 mg, Citrullus colocynthis D6 - 90 mg, Lycopodium clavatum D3 - 30 mg, Myristica fragrans D4 - 30 mg, Phosphorus D6 - 15 mg, Silybum marianum D2 - 15 mg, Veratrum album D6 - 60 mg;
Excipients: magnesium stearate; lactose monohydrate.

Main physicochemical properties: round, flat with a bevel, white to orange-white in color, possible single orange inclusions, odorless.

Application features
The drug contains lactose, therefore patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use the drug.
When using the drug for more than 4 weeks, it is necessary to monitor liver function indicators. In case of liver diseases or simultaneous use of hepatotoxic drugs, use only after consulting a doctor.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Do not use because the drug contains the active ingredient celandine (Chelidonium).

Method of administration and doses
Single dose: adults and children over 12 years old – 1 tablet under the tongue (until completely dissolved); children under 12 years old – 1 tablet crushed into powder and, stirring thoroughly, dissolved in 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of boiled water at room temperature, take a single age dose: children under 1 year old – 1 teaspoon, children from 1 to 6 years old – 2 teaspoons, children from 6 to 12 years old – 3 teaspoons. Take a single age dose 3 times a day 15–20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals. In case of acute onset of the disease, take a single age dose every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours. Then switch to taking 3 times a day.
Course of treatment: for acute diseases – 7–14 days, for chronic diseases – 2–6 weeks.
Children
The drug is recommended for use in children from birth.

Side effects
In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions, including skin rashes and fever, may occur after the use of drugs containing quinine or quinidine.
During treatment with drugs containing celandine alkaloids, isolated cases of increased serum transaminases and bilirubin levels leading to drug-induced jaundice (drug-related toxic hepatitis) have been observed, which decreased or normalized after discontinuation of the drug.
