Composition
active ingredients: racemic menthol, racemic camphor, eucalyptus oil, clove oil;
1 g of ointment contains racemic menthol 0.18 g (180 mg), racemic camphor 0.1 g (100 mg), eucalyptus oil 0.1 g (100 mg), clove oil 0.01 g (10 mg);
excipients: paraffin, white soft paraffin.
Dosage form
Ointment.
Main physicochemical properties: white or white with a yellowish tinge ointment with a specific odor.

Pharmacodynamics
The mechanism of action of the drug is due to the active substances that make up the drug. Irritates nerve endings, dilates arterioles and capillaries, which contributes to the development of a distracting and analgesic effect. Reduces exudation and seals cell membranes. Has a distracting, weak analgesic, moderate anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect.

Indication
Joint and muscle pain, neuralgia, myositis, arthritis, myalgia, arthralgia, rheumatism, sciatica.
Contraindication
Skin diseases, wounds in the places of intended application of the drug, dermatitis, whooping cough, eczema, tendency to bronchospasm or convulsions. Hypersensitivity to any components of the drug. Children's age up to 3 years.
Special safety precautions
When rubbed into the skin, it causes a feeling of cold, then warmth, a slight burning and tingling sensation.
Avoid contact of the ointment with the eyes and mucous membranes. If the ointment gets into the eyes or mucous membranes, rinse these areas thoroughly with running water. Do not apply the ointment to damaged skin.
Wash hands thoroughly after each application of the ointment. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Children
The drug should be used in children over 3 years of age.
Overdose
Feeling of intense heat and burning at the site of application of the ointment. Possible manifestations of hypersensitivity, requiring discontinuation of the drug. Treatment is symptomatic.
Side effects
Allergic reactions may develop – skin redness, skin rashes, hives, contact dermatitis, itching; headache, dizziness, possible convulsions caused by camphor. Children may develop dermatitis.

3 years.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºС in a place inaccessible to children.
