Humana 5 Cereals Dairy-Free Organic Whole Grain Porridge is recommended as a healthy cereal dish for babies over 6 months of age after they have been introduced to various cereals. It is especially useful for babies with lactose intolerance and/or allergies to cow's milk proteins. Humana 5 Cereals Dairy-Free Organic Whole Grain Porridge combines the benefits of several cereals, promoting harmonious development and being an excellent source of energy for an active baby.

200 g of dry porridge makes approximately 10 servings of ready-made porridge (1 serving = 200 g of ready-made porridge).

Cooking instructions

Follow the instructions for preparing baby food. Improper preparation or prolonged storage of ready-made porridge can harm the child's health due to the growth of unwanted microflora.

Prepare porridge for one meal immediately before feeding. Do not reuse leftover porridge!

The temperature of the finished porridge should be 36-37°C. Do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of burns).

After use, carefully close the bag of porridge, store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 weeks.

It is recommended to use baby water to make porridge.

Boil (or heat) the required amount of baby water and cool to 50-60°C. Using a tablespoon, pour the required amount of dry porridge into a bowl. Remove the top of the spoon with a knife. Pour in the required amount of water. Mix thoroughly and cool the finished porridge to a feeding temperature of 36-37°C.

Cooking recommendations:

180 ml of baby water + 1.5-2 tbsp. spoons of organic whole grain dairy-free Humana "5 cereals" porridge + 1 tsp. spoon of oil. The finished dish weighs approximately 200 g;

180 ml of infant formula + 1.5-2 tbsp. of Humana organic whole grain dairy-free porridge "5 cereals". Ready-to-eat portion is approximately 200 g.

1 tablespoon without filling contains approximately 10 g of dry porridge.

The amount of porridge per serving depends on the age and individual needs of the child. Unless otherwise advised by the doctor, the amount of porridge per serving, depending on age, is 6 months. – 50-100 g, 7-8 months. – 150 g, 9 months. - 180 g, 10 months and older - 200 g.
