Humana AR Expert dry milk formula for regurgitation for children from birth 300 g

Humana AR is a special anti-reflux milk formula with instant (dissolved) gum, for children from birth.

Recommended for:

• regurgitation of any intensity more than 3 ml (½ tsp);
• regurgitation 30 minutes or more after feeding;
• vomiting combined with constipation.

Composition features:

• lactose (the main carbohydrate in breast milk and infant formula);
• the ratio of whey protein to casein is 56:44;
• Locust bean gum is a natural thickener (polysaccharide) that, when dissolved, forms a jelly-like food clot in the stomach and mechanically prevents regurgitation. The gum has prebiotic properties, helps increase intestinal peristalsis, normalize its microflora and loosen stools.
• optimal ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids (LC PUFA) for the development of the brain, nervous system, vision formation, normal condition of blood vessels, skin and mucous membranes.

Use:

Important information: Breast milk is the best nutrition for your baby. Before starting to feed a child under 1 year of age, it is imperative to consult a doctor.

Humana AR should be given to your baby in a separate bottle or spoon before feeding with a main food (breast milk or formula). Do not mix Humana AR in the same bottle with another formula or breast milk. Humana AR can be used before each feeding or before part of a feeding.

If the baby is breastfed, you should leave the amount of formula at 30 ml before each feeding or before those times when the baby usually vomits.

If the child is mixed or formula-fed, the approximate amount of ready-made formula per feeding, depending on age:

• 1 week - according to the doctor's recommendation;
• 2-8 weeks - 100 ml;
• 3 months - 130 ml;
• 4 months - 170 ml;
• after 4 months - 200 ml.

Recommended for children from birth with regurgitation of any intensity.

Method of application

It is recommended to feed the baby freshly prepared formula.

To prepare the Humana AR mixture, follow the following proportions:

One level scoop of dry mix (approximately 4.5 g) is diluted in 30 ml of water. You get 33 ml of the finished mix.

1. Before preparing, wash your hands thoroughly, sterilize the bottle and nipples from which the baby will drink the mixture.
2. Boil water and cool to 50°C.
3. Pour about half of the required amount of water into a baby feeding bottle.
4. Use the measuring spoon included in the package to measure the required amount of dry mix into the bottle. Always follow the recommended proportions of dry mix and water. Be sure to remove the cream from the measuring spoon.
5. Close the bottle, shake for 15-20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Add the remaining required amount of water and shake again.
6. Cool the finished mixture to a comfortable feeding temperature of approximately 37°C.
7. Check the temperature of the mixture on the back of your wrist.
8. Do not reuse leftover formula!

Store the opened package of the mixture in a cool, dry place for no more than 3 weeks.

If necessary, the finished mixture can be stored in a sealed bottle for no more than 4 hours at room temperature or up to 30 hours in a refrigerator at a temperature not higher than + 4°C (ESPGHAN recommendations, 2004).
