Characteristics
Humana Organic Dairy-Free Wheat Cereal is recommended as a healthy cereal dish for babies over 6 months of age after they have been introduced to gluten-free cereals (buckwheat, rice, corn). This porridge is very filling and at the same time easily digestible. It is especially suitable for babies with lactose intolerance and/or allergies to cow's milk proteins. Wheatgrass is an excellent source of energy for an active child and promotes harmonious development, as it is rich in essential amino acids, fiber, minerals and vitamins.

Follow the instructions for preparing baby food. Improper preparation or prolonged storage of ready-made porridge can harm the child's health due to the growth of unwanted microflora.
Prepare porridge for one meal immediately before feeding. Do not reuse leftover porridge!
The temperature of the finished porridge should be 36-37°C. Do not heat the porridge in the microwave (risk of burns).
After use, carefully close the bag of porridge, store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 weeks.
It is recommended to use baby water to make porridge.
Boil (or heat) the required amount of baby water and cool to 50-60°C. Using a tablespoon, pour the required amount of dry porridge into a bowl. Remove the top of the spoon with a knife. Pour in the required amount of water. Mix thoroughly and cool the finished porridge to a feeding temperature of 36-37°C.Cooking recommendations:
160 ml baby water + 1.5-2 tbsp. Humana organic dairy-free wheat porridge + 1 tsp. oil. Ready portion approximately 175 g;
160 ml of infant formula + 1.5-2 tbsp. of Humana organic dairy-free wheat porridge. Ready-to-eat portion is approximately 175 g.
1 tablespoon without filling contains approximately 9 g of dry porridge.
The amount of porridge per serving depends on the age and individual characteristics of the child. Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the amount of porridge per serving, depending on age, is as follows: 6 months. – 50-100 g, 7-8 months. – 150 g, 9 months. - 180 g, 10 months and older - 200 g.
