Humana 1 is a dry highly adapted starter mixture with prebiotics galactooligosaccharides (GOS), polyunsaturated fatty acids LC PUFA and nucleotides, for premature healthy infants from birth to 6 months.

Active ingredients

Contains only lactose (the main carbohydrate in breast milk and infant formulas).

It has an increased content of polyunsaturated fatty acids LCP due to the addition of docosahexaenoic acid DHA (omega-3 family). The ratio of arachidonic acid (ARA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) = 1:2. LCPs are necessary for growth, development of the brain, nervous system, vision formation, normal condition of blood vessels, skin and mucous membranes. Saturation of the body with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids (primarily DHA) significantly reduces the risk of developing atopic diseases with a predisposition to them (atopic dermatitis, food allergy, allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma).

Contains natural prebiotics galactooligosaccharides (GOS) to form healthy intestinal microflora and normalize bowel movements.

Contains nucleotides for the development of the immune system and the formation of an immune response, which contribute to the maturation and normal functioning of the intestine.

Enriched with taurine and choline, which promote brain and vision development, are necessary for mental development and affect fat metabolism (the main source of energy for newborns and infants).

Increased content of vitamin D - a high-quality vitamin from seaweed, ensures the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, enhances bone mineralization, is necessary for the prevention of rickets, has a modulating effect on the immune response, reducing the number and duration of respiratory viral infections.

Increased content of vitamin B3 (pantothenic acid) - important for fat metabolism (breakdown and synthesis), participates in the production of steroid hormones, affects the intestinal microflora and the growth of bifidobacteria.

Instructions

To prepare Humana 1 formula, we recommend the following ratio: dilute one scoop of cream-free powder (4.5 g) in 30 ml of water. You will get approximately 33 ml of ready-to-use formula.

Before preparing, wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the bottle and nipple from which the baby will take the mixture. Boil the water and cool it to 50°C. Pour approximately half of the required amount of water into the baby's feeding bottle. Use the measuring spoon included in the kit to pour the required amount of formula into the bottle. Always follow the recommended proportions of formula and water. Always remove the spoon from the measuring spoon. Close the bottle, shake for 15-20 seconds until the powder dissolves. Add the remaining required amount of water and shake again. Cool the ready-to-use mixture to a comfortable feeding temperature of approximately 37°C. Check the temperature of the mixture on the back of your wrist.

Breast milk is the ideal food for a child. The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months and the subsequent introduction of complementary foods while breastfeeding continues.
