Follow the instructions for preparing baby food.
Do not heat the milk mixture in the microwave (risk of burns).

Breast milk is the best food for your baby.
Please consult your pediatrician before introducing low-lactose formula to your baby.
The amount of formula per feeding is individual for each child and depends, first of all, on the type of feeding (mixed or artificial), the weight of the child and the intervals between feedings. The average values of the amount of formula per feeding depending on age are approximate and depend on the individual needs of the child: 1-2 weeks - 60-90 ml, up to 1 month - 120 ml, 1-2 months - 150 ml, 2-4 months - 180 ml, 4-6 months - 210 ml, 6 months and older - up to 240 ml.
For children aged 6 months and older, 1-2 feedings per day can be replaced with Humana HN porridge.
For older children and adults, Humana HN can be used to prepare cereal porridge (dilute ready-made dairy-free porridge with ready-made milk formula) or used as drinking milk for various diet dishes.
