Hyalo4 regen bioactive dressing 5cmx5cm No. 5

Hyalo4 Regen bioactive dressing with heterologous equine collagen type I and hyaluronic acid in the form of a sterile lyophilized sponge that is easily adaptable to the field of application.
Active ingredients
Collagen and hyaluronic acid are two of the most important structural and biological components of the body that play a vital role in restoring tissue structure after injury.
Collagen is the supporting structure of the dermis and exerts a mechanical action that promotes the fixation and orientation of fibroblasts and the formation of new tissue.
Hyaluronic acid, due to its hygroscopicity, controls tissue hydration, maintains a moist environment, and helps create ideal conditions for the orderly arrangement of collagen.

Method of application
Use the product immediately after opening the primary packaging. If only part of the sponge has been used after opening the blister, do not reuse the remaining parts. The wound surface should be pre-treated and the wound cleaned with a damp gauze pad soaked in saline solution, wiping it several times. After disinfecting the wound and removing purulent and/or necrotic tissue, wipe the wound with the sponge. In the case of a small amount of exudate, moisten the sponge with saline. Use one or, if necessary, several sponges, placed side by side or overlapping, to cover the entire wound surface, ensuring complete contact of the sponge with the entire wound surface. Secure the sponge to the wound with a sterile gauze or non-adhesive dressing. Then apply an elastic compression bandage. It is recommended to change the dressing every 3-4 days or at shorter intervals, depending on the exudate from the wound. To maintain a moist microclimate, a more or less absorbent secondary dressing should ideally be applied, depending on the amount of exudate, and an external dressing applied. Any remaining product that has not yet dissolved when a new sponge is applied should be left in place. There are no reviews for this product.
