“Iariclean Spray” is a mild product intended for ear hygiene. It is used to remove earwax and earwax residues and prevent their formation.
The medical device contains:
sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, which effectively removes earwax, especially in children; aloe vera extract, a natural ingredient known for its moisturizing properties; sodium hyaluronate, responsible for maintaining proper hydration of the ear mucous membranes. The product does not contain preservatives, parabens and propellants.

Indications for use
Physiologically, earwax protects the ear from dust, foreign bodies and infections. It is a natural barrier that prevents the growth of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Earwax lubricates the external auditory canal, which protects the skin from minor injuries and prevents water from entering the ear canal. Small foreign bodies (such as dust) that enter the ear bind and are then removed from the ear by self-cleaning. Earwax dries in small lumps that move to the periphery and then fall out of the ear canal.
Some people have narrow or more tortuous ear canals, so even a small amount of wax tends to accumulate in excess in the ear, while others produce excessive amounts. The self-cleaning mechanism can fail, and then there is a tendency for excessive accumulation of earwax in the ear. The tendency to excessive secretion of earwax can be congenital and cause the formation of a sulfur plug at an early age (in infants and children). Then the wax is released more abundantly, which worries parents of young children - you can see it in the form of spots on the auricles.
Another important cause of increased sulfur formation is mechanical irritation of the surface of the ear canal, for example, when using hearing aids or headphones, or in people who use cotton swabs to clean their ears.
The formation of ear wax leads to decreased hearing acuity, tinnitus (ringing or buzzing), ear congestion, especially when taking a bath (softened ear wax completely blocks the ear canal), unpleasant sensations of cracking and scratching in the ear (especially during head movements), ear pain (ear wax irritates and can cause dermatitis of the ear canals), and unpleasant sensations of one's own voice (echo).
With the help of “Yariclean Spray”, the ear canal is kept clean, which prevents the accumulation of earwax and possible complications, such as inflammation.
Method of administration and doses
“Iariclean Spray” should be used according to the instructions for use.

The product is intended for children over 1 year of age and adults.
Dosage:
Regular ear hygiene: use 1-2 times a week.
Removal of earwax and wax plugs: use daily for 3-4 days.
Method of application:
Shake the bottle of “Iariclean Spray” before use, then insert the applicator into the external ear canal and press several times until liquid appears. Inject the appropriate dose. Wait approximately one minute and inject the saline solution into the ear canal to rinse the ear. Repeat this action with the other ear. The shape of the spray ensures uniform spraying and accurate dosing.
After use, rinse the applicator under running water.
For reasons of hygiene and to avoid possible transmission of infection, it is recommended to use one vial per person.
For safety reasons, do not use the applicator for purposes other than intended.
Do not use a damaged applicator.
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the package.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the product ingredients.
Reservation
Do not insert the ear applicator too deep into the ear canal to avoid irritation or damage. Do not use “Iariclean Spray” in case of perforation of the eardrum, ear infections or when using ear drainage.
Do not use the product in case of ear pain without consulting a doctor.

Storage conditions
Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
