Composition

active ingredient: 1 tablet contains affinity purified antibodies to endothelial NO synthase: a mixture of homeopathic dilutions C12, C30 and C200 – 3 mg;

excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Pills.

Main physicochemical properties: flat-cylindrical tablets, with a score and a bevel, white to almost white in color. One flat side is scored, the other flat side is marked with the inscription IMPAZA.

Pharmacological properties

The drug increases the activity of endothelial NO synthase, restores the production of nitric oxide (NO) by the endothelium during sexual stimulation, increases the content of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in smooth muscles and promotes their relaxation, which leads to increased blood supply to the corpora cavernosa, and provides an erection of sufficient strength and duration.

The drug increases libido (sexual desire) and pleasure from sexual intercourse.

Regular use of the drug helps increase the content of testosterone in the blood serum (with a moderately reduced initial level).

Indication

Erectile dysfunction (erectile dysfunction) of various origins.

Vegetative disorders of the climacteric period in men (weakness, fatigue, decreased physical activity, decreased libido).

Contraindication

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions

Cases of incompatibility with other drugs have not been registered. The drug can be used against the background of taking organic nitrates in patients with ischemic heart disease (angina pectoris of functional class I-II), and in combination with beta-blockers, diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, and calcium antagonists.

Application features

The drug contains lactose, so patients with congenital galactosemia, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome, and congenital lactase deficiency should not use the drug.

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Apply to adult men.

Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

The drug does not have a sedative effect, therefore it does not affect the reaction rate.

Method of administration and doses

The drug should be taken orally. Do not take the drug with food. Take 1 tablet per dose. Keep the tablet in your mouth (preferably not chewed or swallowed) until completely dissolved.

Application options

1. Regular intake. To stabilize sexual potency (ability to have sexual intercourse), a therapeutic and prophylactic course lasting at least 12 weeks is recommended. Depending on the severity of erectile dysfunction, the frequency of intake may vary: from 1 tablet every other day to two doses of 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening. If necessary, the course of therapy can be repeated after 3-6 months.
2. Periodic intake. For episodic stimulation of erection, take the drug before sexual intercourse, 2 tablets 1-2 hours before the expected intimacy.

Children.

The drug should not be used in children.

Overdose

In case of accidental overdose, dyspeptic manifestations caused by the components included in the drug are possible.

Adverse reactions

Reactions of increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug are possible.

Expiration date

3 years.

Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in the original packaging.
