Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients:
beta-glucan – 250 mg (mg), containing 80% beta-glucans 1,3 and 1,6, zinc – 5 mg (mg), calculated from zinc glycinate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – 100 µg (mcg) (4000 IU);
excipients: fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, calcium stearate, amorphous silicon dioxide (orisil); capsule shell: gelatin.
Dosage form
Capsules with a content weight of 350 mg ± 7.5%.

Main properties
Beta-glucans (β-glucan) are a group of polysaccharides consisting of D-glucose monomers and are structural elements of the membrane of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Numerous studies have proven that beta-glucans (1,3 and 1,6) are powerful natural immunomodulators. The main mechanism of action of beta-glucans is direct interaction with macrophage receptors, which activates nonspecific defense mechanisms and the development of a specific immune response: activation of cytotoxic macrophages, increased production of interleukin-1 by macrophages, stimulation of T-lymphocytes, increased production of other cytokines, activation of killer cells (NK cells), increased levels of acute phase protein in blood serum.
Beta-glucans have anti-inflammatory properties (inhibit the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines - interleukins-6 and -12) and enhance the synthesis of interferon. Thus, beta-glucans activate both local immunity, providing the first line of defense of the human body against microorganisms, and systemic immunity, which leads to the destruction of pathogens when they enter the body. Strengthening immunity with beta-glucans (1,3 and 1,6) occurs without its excessive stimulation, which prevents the occurrence of autoimmune disorders. Beta-glucans also have a positive effect on lipid metabolism, reducing cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, have antioxidant properties and contribute to the normalization of the intestinal microbiome.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is one of the key vitamins that participates in the functioning of the immune system, influencing the synthesis of lymphokines - substances produced by lymphocytes, thereby ensuring the course of immune reactions.
Vitamin D3 participates in other metabolic processes in the body, and also performs various functions in the human body: it helps maintain bones in a normal state, promotes normal muscle function, promotes normal absorption/assimilation of calcium and phosphorus, helps normalize calcium levels in the blood, helps maintain teeth in a normal state, and participates in cell division.
Zinc is one of the most important trace elements, which is part of many enzyme systems that regulate the main metabolic processes, namely: it participates in protein synthesis and carbohydrate metabolism. Zinc contributes to the growth and development of cells, the proper functioning of the immune system and ensuring an immunological response, twilight vision, taste and smell perception. It affects the maintenance of normal levels of vitamin A in the blood, prolongs the action of insulin and facilitates its accumulation.
Zinc helps improve reproductive function in men, is necessary for the formation of normal sperm. Zinc is necessary for normal skin function, participates in the processes of skin regeneration, sebaceous gland secretion, nail and hair growth.
Indication
On the recommendation of a doctor as an additional source of biologically active substances of plant origin, vitamin D and zinc in metabolic disorders caused by zinc and vitamin D deficiency, in order to normalize the functional state of the immune system, including colds and infectious diseases. IMMUNSIL® D3 DUO has immunomodulatory properties and helps suppress the development of viruses and bacteria by activating local and systemic immunity. IMMUNSIL® D3 DUO reduces the risk of viral and respiratory diseases during the peaks of seasonal infections, prevents the occurrence of complications and helps accelerate recovery. IMMUNSIL® D3 DUO compensates for the lack of zinc and vitamin D in the body and has a positive effect on metabolism.
Contraindication
Individual intolerance to components, in particular lactose, childhood, pregnancy and lactation, severe kidney disease, hypermagnesemia, hypercalciuria and hypervitaminosis D.
Application features
IMMUNSIL® D3 DUO can be used only 2 hours after taking tetracycline and iron-containing drugs. It is not recommended to use it simultaneously with laxatives and cardiac glycosides.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms

Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Contraindicated.
Method of administration and doses
adults with normal body weight and the elderly - 1 capsule per day during seasonal viral infections and/or vitamin D and zinc deficiency; obese adults and the elderly with obesity - 2 capsules per day to accelerate recovery and prevent the development of complications during seasonal viral infections. IMMUNSIL® D3 DUO should be taken with meals; drink plenty of water.
