Composition
Composition per capsule weighing 400 mg (mg) active ingredients: a mixture of cruciferous vegetables - 238.0 mg, indole-3-carbinol - 90.0 mg, antioxidant ascorbic acid - 50.0 mg, broccoli extract - 10.0 mg. Excipients - calcium stearate (E470).
Recommendations for use
Indole-F is recommended for use in:
in diseases of the reproductive system, which are based on the processes of pathological cell proliferation;
in order to normalize estrogen metabolism in estrogen-dependent diseases: endometrial hyperplasia, uterine leiomyoma, uterine fibroids in combination with endometrial hyperplastic processes, endometriosis (including adenomyosis, endometrioid ovarian cysts), benign breast hyperplasia, benign prostatic hyperplasia);
for diseases associated with HPV (cervical dysplasia, anogenital warts);
in order to normalize estrogen metabolism during hormonal changes (puberty, perimenopause, etc.).
Can be used for the prevention and correction of estrogen-dependent conditions from the age of 12.
Description
Main properties of active ingredients:
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) normalizes estrogen metabolism and prevents the development of estrogen-dependent diseases. Effective in disorders associated with hyperplasia in mammology, gynecology and andrology. Has a powerful antiviral effect.
I3C inhibits the synthesis of the proliferative metabolite 16α-ONE1, which, by strongly binding to estrogen-dependent receptors, causes uncontrolled proliferative processes, being a carcinogen in relation to the reproductive organs.
I3C has a highly active antiproliferative effect, inhibits inflammation, growth and proliferation of transformed cells, neutralizes the effect of growth factors that stimulate tumor development in hormone-dependent organs of the reproductive system; inhibits the effect of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
I3C inhibits the synthesis of E7 protein in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus, including types 16 and 18, inhibiting malignancy processes. I3C activates the expression of antitumor defense genes BRCA. It exhibits high antioxidant properties.
Uses of Indole-3-carbinol in men
In pathological conditions, which are based on an increase in active dihydrotestosterone, which in turn leads to diseases of the male reproductive system. Excessive synthesis of estrogens in the male body causes erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, depression, female-type obesity, gynecomastia. Indole-3-carbinol is effective for normalizing the metabolism of testosterone and estrogen.
Cruciferous vegetables are a source of active natural indole substances: ascorbigen, diindolylmethane, sulforaphane. The combined effect of these substances reduces the risk of malignant processes in the human body.
Ascorbigen is a biologically active compound of the cruciferous family; when combined with indole-3-carbinol, their effects are mutually enhanced. Ascorbigen is a source of antioxidants that reduce free radical oxidation; helps strengthen blood vessels and immunity, prevents the absorption of toxins through the walls of the small and large intestines.
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound formed by the combination of 2 molecules of indole-3-carbinol, the effectiveness of which is significantly increased when used simultaneously with I3C. DIM stimulates apoptosis of human papillomavirus (HPV) infected and transformed cells, stimulates the expression of receptors for γ-interferon, accelerates the elimination of human papillomavirus infected and transformed cells, and enhances the nonspecific immune response to infection. DIM normalizes the metabolism of estradiol in HPV-infected cells, preventing the formation of a carcinogenic estrogen metabolite (16α-hydroxyestrone), which stimulates the expression of HPV oncogenes. By suppressing the expression of the E7 oncogene of human papillomavirus, DIM blocks the hormone-dependent pathological proliferation of HPV-infected cells.
Sulforaphane is a biologically active compound of plants of the cruciferous family, which has antitumor and antibacterial effects.
Indole-3-carbinol, ascorbigen, and sulforaphane participate in the normalization of the enzyme system of the large and small intestines, and also enhance the detoxification function of the liver.
Broccoli extract is the leader in terms of indole-3-carbinol content. It contains a large amount of selenium (a trace element that has powerful antioxidant properties, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system, liver and gastrointestinal tract, increases immunity, stimulates insulin production), vitamins C, A, group B, anti-ulcer vitamin U, trace elements: potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is an active participant in the regulation of redox processes in the body, regulates carbohydrate metabolism, blood clotting, tissue regeneration, reduces vascular wall permeability, has antiplatelet and pronounced antioxidant properties. Strengthens the detoxification and protein-forming function of the liver, increases prothrombin synthesis; increases the body's resistance to infections, inhibits the formation of mediators of inflammation and allergic reactions - exhibits an antihistamine effect.
Method of application
Recommendations for use: Indole-F is recommended as an additional source of indole compounds and ascorbic acid. It helps prevent proliferative processes in the organs of the reproductive system.
Recommended intake: 1-2 capsules 2 times a day during meals, washed down with water. The course of administration is from 3 to 6 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated. The dose adjustment and duration of the course of administration are determined by the doctor.
