INDOMIROL® is a balanced complex of non-hormonal biologically active substances that normalize the functional state and prevent the development of hyperplastic processes in the female reproductive organs by normalizing the hormonal balance of the female reproductive system.

INDOMIROL® is recommended for use in: premenstrual syndrome, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine myoma (fibromyoma), ovarian cysts, mastopathy in order to reduce the risk of developing hyperproliferative processes associated with elevated estrogen levels.

Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C) is a natural biologically active substance found in plants of the cruciferous family. It has antiestrogenic properties, prevents the development of estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes, protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins, blocks prooncogenic proteins E6/E7 in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus, and is used for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.

3,3'-Diindolylmethane (DIM) is one of the active metabolites of indole-3-carbinol, formed from two of its molecules, has a more stable structure, effectively and safely normalizes estrogen metabolism, and has pronounced antiproliferative properties.

Indole-3-carbinol and DIM normalize estrogen metabolism by reducing the amount of 16-α-hydroxyestrone, which causes proliferation, increasing the amount of 2-hydroxyestrone, which protects against hyperplasia, selectively bind to estrogen receptors-β, inhibit the activity of estrogen receptors-α, which prevents the development of estrogen-dependent pathology. The antiproliferative effect of the components is associated with cell cycle regulation, apoptosis induction and angiogenesis inhibition. The combination of 3,3'-diindolylmethane with indole-3-carbinol significantly enhances the effectiveness in the body, compared to the monomeric form.

Resveratrol is a powerful natural polyphenol that promotes healthy longevity, inhibits oxidation processes, neutralizes the effects of free radicals that can lead to damage to organs and systems, mutation and transformation of cells, and has antiproliferative and anti-inflammatory effects. Resveratrol is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby reducing the stimulating effect of its own estradiol on the development of hormone-dependent neoplasms. In combination with indole-3-carbinol, it enhances its effect and exhibits an oncoprotective effect.

Recommendations for use

INDOMIROL® is recommended to normalize the functional state of the reproductive and sexual system in women. The complex of non-hormonal biologically active substances of natural origin that make up INDOMIROL® contributes to the normalization of estradiol metabolism, selectively binds to estrogen receptors, and exhibits antiproliferative and antioxidant properties.

Method of application

Adults (women) take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals; drink plenty of water. The course of use is 3-6 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Contraindication

Pregnancy and breastfeeding, individual intolerance to the components.

Reservation

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. INDOMIROL® should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Indole-3-carbinol, which is part of INDOMIROL®, has a characteristic odor of indole compounds, which indicates the natural composition of the raw material and does not affect the effectiveness, quality and safety of INDOMIROL®.

Storage conditions

Store in the original packaging at a temperature of 4°C to 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and out of the reach of children.
