Active ingredients
Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C) is a natural, biologically active substance found in cruciferous plants. It has antiestrogenic properties, inhibits estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes, protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins, and blocks prooncogenic proteins E6/E7 in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus. Studies have shown its usefulness in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM) is one of the active metabolites of indole-3-carbinol, formed from two of its molecules, has a more stable structure, helps normalize estrogen metabolism, and has pronounced antiproliferative properties.
Indole-3-carbinol and DIM contribute to the normalization of estrogen metabolism by reducing the amount of 16-α-hydroxyestrone, which causes proliferation, increasing the amount of 2-hydroxyestrone, which is important for preventing the development of hyperplasia, selectively bind to estrogen receptors-β, inhibit the activity of estrogen receptors-α, which prevents the development of estrogen-dependent processes. The antiproliferative properties of the components are associated with cell cycle regulation, apoptosis induction and angiogenesis inhibition. The combination of 3,3'-diindolylmethane with indole-3-carbinol is characterized by synergism.
Trans-resveratrol is a natural polyphenol that inhibits oxidation processes, neutralizes the action of free radicals that can lead to damage to organs and systems, mutation and transformation of cells, and has antiproliferative properties. Resveratrol is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby helping to reduce the stimulating effect of its own estradiol on the development of hormone-dependent hyperproliferative processes.
Trans-pterostilbene is a methylated natural form of trans-resveratrol, which ensures its better absorption by the body and is more easily incorporated into the metabolism. Trans-pterostilbene is found mainly in blueberries and some nuts. Numerous preclinical and clinical studies show that trans-pterostilbene, like trans-resveratrol, has proven antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative properties. Due to its chemical structure, it has high permeability into cells, which synergistically enhances the effect of other components. Unlike other polyphenols, trans-pterostilbene has better intestinal absorption and increased stability during hepatic biotransformation.
Indications for use
Indomirol Forte is recommended as an additional source of indole-3-carbinol, 3,3′- diindolylmethane, trans-resveratrol and trans-pterostilbene, in order to normalize the functional state of the female reproductive system. It exhibits biological activity on the processes of normalizing hormonal balance in women.
Indomirol Forte has a positive effect on physiological processes in case of hormonal imbalance, helps to reduce the intensity of excessive cell proliferation in hormone-dependent tissues of the female reproductive system. Due to its components, Indomirol®forte has antioxidant properties that positively affect the metabolic processes of the female reproductive system.
Indomirol® Forte also helps reduce oxidative stress, reduce the risk of developing and progressing hormone-dependent disorders, and protect healthy tissue structures.
Method of application
Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals, with plenty of water. Duration of use: 3-6 months.

Application features
Do not use in children, during pregnancy and lactation, in case of individual intolerance to the components. Indole-3-carbinol, which is part of Indomirol® Forte, has a characteristic odor of indole compounds, which indicates the natural composition of the raw materials and does not affect the effectiveness, quality and safety. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. Should not be used as a substitute for a full diet.

- indole-3-carbinol – 50 mg;
- trans-resveratrol / trans-resveratrol – 50 mg (mg);
- trans-pterostilbene – 25 mg;
- excipients: fillers: silicon dioxide (orysil), microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, calcium stearate; capsule shell: gelatin.
