Composition

Description
Indomirol®-M is recommended as an additional source of biologically active substances for normalizing the functional state and preventing the development of hyperplastic processes in the mammary glands and reproductive organs of women, reducing prolactin levels (due to interaction with dopamine D2 receptors of the hypothalamus). Promotes the normalization of estrogen metabolism. Has antiproliferative and antioxidant properties.
INDOMIROL®-M is a balanced complex of non-hormonal biologically active substances that normalize the functional state and prevent the development of hyperplastic processes in the mammary glands and reproductive organs of a woman, by normalizing the hormonal balance of the female reproductive system. INDOMIROL®-M is recommended for: mastopathy, cyclic mastalgia and mastodynia, premenstrual syndrome, cervical dysplasia, endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine myoma (fibromyoma), ovarian cysts, in order to reduce the risk of developing hyperproliferative processes associated with increased levels of estrogen and prolactin.
3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM) is one of the active metabolites of indole-3-carbinol, which is formed from two of its molecules, has a more stable structure, effectively and safely normalizes estrogen metabolism, and has pronounced antiproliferative properties.
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a natural biologically active substance found in plants of the cruciferous family, has antiestrogenic properties, prevents the development of estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes, protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins, blocks prooncogenic proteins E6 / E7 in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus and is used for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
Indole-3-carbinol and DIM normalize estrogen metabolism by reducing the amount of 16-α-hydroxyestrone, which causes proliferation, increasing the amount of 2-hydroxyestrone, which protects against hyperplasia, selectively bind to estrogen receptors-β, inhibit the activity of estrogen receptors-α, which prevents the development of estrogen-dependent pathology. The antiproliferative effect of the components is associated with the regulation of the cell cycle, induction of apoptosis and inhibition of angiogenesis. The combination of 3,3 '-diindolylmethane with indole-3-carbinol significantly enhances the effectiveness in the body, compared to the monomeric form.
The extract of common verbena reduces the production of prolactin, eliminates hyperprolactinemia and normalizes the level of sex hormones. The active substances of the verbena - bicyclic diterpenes, acting on the dopamine D-2 receptors of the hypothalamus, have a dopaminergic effect, suppress the secretion and release of prolactin. The extract of the verbena normalizes the ratio of gonadotropic hormones, increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone, as a result of which the level of progesterone increases, which helps to normalize the imbalance between estrogens and progesterone and, as a result, eliminates hyperestrogenia. In addition, a decrease in the level of prolactin leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary gland, contributes to the narrowing of the milk ducts and eliminates tension and discomfort in the mammary glands.
Resveratrol is a powerful natural polyphenol that promotes healthy longevity, inhibits oxidation processes, neutralizes the effects of free radicals that can lead to damage to organs and systems, mutation and transformation of cells, and has antiproliferative and anti-inflammatory effects. Resveratrol is able to bind to estrogen receptors, thereby reducing the stimulating effect of its own estradiol on the development of hormone-dependent neoplasms. In combination with indole-3-carbinol, it enhances its effect and exhibits an oncoprotective effect.
Contraindication
Individual intolerance to components, children, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.
Method of administration and doses
Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals, with plenty of water. Recommended course of treatment: 3-6 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
