Composition
1 capsule contains:
- 3,3'-diindolylmethane/3,3′-diindolylmethane – 200 mg (mg),
- Chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus-castus) – 100 mg (mg), (containing not less than 0.6% aucubin and not less than 0.5% agnusside),
- indole-3-carbinol – 50 mg,
- trans-resveratrol / trans-resveratrol – 50 mg (mg),
- trans-pterostilbene – 25 mg (mg)
Excipients: fillers: silicon dioxide (orysil), microcrystalline cellulose, calcium stearate, maltodextrin; capsule shell: gelatin.

Properties
Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C) is a natural, biologically active substance found in cruciferous plants. It has antiestrogenic properties, inhibits estrogen-dependent hyperproliferative processes, protects cells from the destructive effects of free radicals and toxins, and blocks prooncogenic proteins E6/E7 in epithelial cells infected with human papillomavirus. Studies have shown its usefulness in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM) is one of the active metabolites of indole-3-carbinol, formed from two of its molecules, has a more stable structure, helps normalize estrogen metabolism, and has pronounced antiproliferative properties.
Agnus Castus extract helps normalize the level of sex hormones and reduce prolactin production. Agnus Castus BAS help normalize the ratio between estrogens and progesterone, eliminating hyperestrogenism. In addition, reducing prolactin levels leads to the normalization of the physiological state of the mammary glands, contributing to the narrowing of the milk ducts and reducing tension and discomfort in the mammary glands.
Trans-resveratrol is a natural polyphenol that inhibits oxidation processes, neutralizes the action of free radicals that can lead to damage to organs and systems, mutation and transformation of cells, and has antiproliferative properties. Resveratrol is able to reduce the stimulating effect of its own estradiol on the development of hormone-dependent hyperproliferative processes.
Trans-pterostilbene is a methylated natural form of trans-resveratrol, which ensures its better absorption by the body and is more easily incorporated into the metabolism. Numerous preclinical and clinical studies show that trans-pterostilbene has proven antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative properties and high permeability into cells, which synergistically enhances the effect of other components. Unlike other polyphenols, trans-pterostilbene has better intestinal absorption and increased stability during hepatic biotransformation.

Recommendations for use
Indomirol®-M Forte is recommended as an additional source of indole-3-carbinol, 3,3′-diindolylmethane, trans-resveratrol and bicyclic diterpenes of the primrose extract, in order to normalize the functional state of the female reproductive system.
Indomirol®-M Forte exhibits biological activity on estrogen metabolism, has a positive effect on physiological processes in hormonal imbalance, and helps reduce the intensity of excessive cell proliferation in hormone-dependent tissues of the female reproductive system.
Indomirol®-M Forte helps reduce the level of oxidative stress, reduce the risk of development and progression of hormone-dependent disorders, and protect healthy tissue structure.
Indomirol®-M Forte helps reduce prolactin production and balances the imbalance between estrogens and progesterone, eliminating hyperestrogenia. A decrease in prolactin levels leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary gland, contributes to the narrowing of the milk ducts, reducing tension and discomfort in the mammary glands, which maintains their physiological state.
Method of administration and doses
Adults should take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day after meals, with plenty of water. Duration of use: 3-6 months.

Reservation
Do not use in children, during pregnancy and lactation, in case of individual intolerance to the components. Indole-3-carbinol, which is part of Indomirol®-M Forte, has a characteristic odor of indole compounds, which indicates the natural composition of the raw materials and does not affect the effectiveness, quality and safety. Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. Should not be used as a substitute for a full diet.
