Pharmacodynamics. Inflamafertin has an immunotropic effect: stimulates the functional ability of phagocytes of the mucous membrane and blood, increases the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines, affects the activity of regulatory subpopulations of lymphocytes. in autoimmune diseases or syndromes, reduces the activity of the immune-dependent inflammatory process, increases the number of cd4 + / 25 + - and cd8 + / 25 + -cells, especially the level of IL-10 in the blood plasma. the drug has a pronounced anti-inflammatory and resorptive effect, reduces the intensity of destructive, infiltrative and proliferative processes in the focus of inflammation. accelerates the processes of epithelialization, regeneration, prevents the development of the adhesive process. reducing the phenomena of edema and adhesion formation ensures the prevention of the development of tubal infertility. in terms of its effect on the proliferative and exudative phases of inflammation, it significantly surpasses placenta extract.
Pharmacokinetics. Inflamafertin is a complex complex of regulatory peptides, some of which are found in free form or in the form of high-molecular-weight precursor proteins in the human and animal body, therefore, the study of pharmacokinetic parameters is not possible.
Indication
Prevention and treatment of female infertility caused by chronic inflammatory diseases (salpingitis, oophoritis, periooophoritis, salpingo-oophoritis, parametritis), as well as the above pathological conditions that occur after abortions. Prevention and treatment of adhesions after operations on the pelvic organs. Treatment of the initial stages of autoimmune systemic diseases, in particular scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis. The drug Inflamafertin should be used in the complex therapy of diseases that are based on an inflammatory component.
Application
The drug should be administered to adults intramuscularly in 2 ml (1 ampoule) every other day. Total for the course of treatment - 10 injections. In the treatment of autoimmune systemic diseases, it is recommended to take 1-2-week breaks after every 5 daily injections. Several courses can be repeated with an interval of 1 month.
Contraindication
Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. acute infections, history of allergy to animal proteins.
Side effects
The most typical adverse reactions noted after the 3rd-4th injection are changes at the injection site, including hyperemia, edema, itching, which are associated with the action of the drug, which causes the development of anti-inflammatory reactions. In rare cases, an increase in body temperature to subfebrile, namely 37-37.2 ° C, is possible. These reactions do not require special treatment, however, if they cause concern, treatment can be stopped for 3-5 days, then the course can be completed. Such a break does not affect the result of treatment. After stopping the drug, all adverse reactions resolve on their own within 2-5 days. In individuals with hypersensitivity, allergic reactions are possible.
Special instructions
Due to the potential for allergic reactions, the drug should be prescribed with caution to individuals with a history of allergy to animal proteins. Immunological monitoring is desirable in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children: There is no experience with use in children, so the drug should not be used in pediatric practice.
Ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms. Clinical studies have not revealed any effect of the drug on the ability to drive vehicles and work with other mechanisms.
