Description
Inflenzym® is a complex of proteolytic enzymes with rutin, which helps eliminate symptoms of inflammation and accelerate healing in acute tissue damage. Inflenzym® helps reduce the manifestations of acute and chronic inflammatory reactions, exhibits analgesic properties. The enzymes of the complex help suppress pain mediators, reduce oncotic pressure and tissue tension, improve the rheological properties of blood, blood supply, and tissue trophism and reduce blood stagnation in inflamed tissues, eliminate toxic metabolic products. It exhibits fibrinolytic and lipolytic properties, helps reduce fibrin deposition, improves fibrinolysis, reduces microthrombosis. It helps improve the breakdown of plasma proteins that penetrate tissues during acute inflammation, and removes their breakdown products, reduces the level of inflammatory mediators in tissues. Inflenzym® helps reduce swelling of inflammatory origin and swelling caused by tissue injuries (sports, surgical). Promotes normalization of immune processes in tissues, improves the elimination of immune complexes due to increased hydrolytic activity of blood serum and stimulation of phagocytosis efficiency. Has angioprotective and antioxidant properties. When used together with an analgesic or antimicrobial agent, Inflenzym® supports increased bioavailability of drugs at the site of tissue damage.
- Trypsin and chymotrypsin are proteolytic enzymes of animal origin. Trypsin cleaves peptide bonds formed by carbonyl groups of L-arginine and L-lysine residues, chymotrypsin mainly cleaves bonds formed by carboxyl groups of amino acids with hydrophobic side chains - tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and other aromatic acids. Cleaves peptide bonds in protein molecules and its breakdown products. Exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, helps reduce tissue inflammation and inflammatory factors (bradykinin, serotonin, necrotic products). Promotes lysis of necrotic tissues, liquefaction of viscous secretion and its excretion, improves the penetration of drugs into the foci of inflammation.
- Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme of plant origin that helps break down peptide bonds between amino acids in proteins. It helps improve digestion by increasing the enzymatic activity of digestive juices, improving the breakdown of protein foods and their absorption by the body. It has anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. It helps reduce the inflammatory reaction in the infected area, and also improves the penetration of drugs into the foci of inflammation by breaking down fibrin and other proteins that enter the tissues through increased permeability of microvessels and create barriers around infected tissues. It helps maintain joint health and eliminate pain associated with muscle strain.
- Rutin (vitamin P) – exhibits antioxidant and angioprotective properties. Helps reduce the effects of tissue damage by free radicals, improves tissue respiration and the activity of some endocrine glands, in particular the adrenal glands. Helps strengthen the walls of blood vessels and reduce the permeability of the vascular wall, reduces tissue edema. Has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system: helps create conditions for improving blood circulation, prevents atherosclerosis, stimulates the function of the lymphovenous sector of the vascular system. Helps reduce tissue inflammation in the body, affecting various stages of the inflammatory process, increases the body's resistance to infections.
Indications for use
As a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of enzymes and rutin to help normalize the state of the gastrointestinal tract and digestion, improve blood properties, vascular condition, blood circulation, reduce edema, exudate and tissue inflammation. Promotes tissue repair in case of inflammation, damage and all types of injuries. Promotes improved penetration of anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial agents into damaged tissues.
