Composition
active ingredients: 1 bottle (30 ml) contains soluble streptocide 0.75 g; sodium sulfathiazole hexahydrate 0.75 g; thymol 0.015 g; eucalyptus oil 0.015 g; peppermint oil 0.015 g;
excipients: ethanol 96%, sugar, glycerin, polysorbate 80, purified water, nitrogen – pressure up to 0.6 MPa.
Dosage form
Aerosol.
Main physicochemical properties: clear liquid from light yellow to dark yellow in color, with a characteristic odor of thymol and menthol.

Ingalipt is a combined drug that has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, cooling and distracting effects. It is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

Indication
Infectious-inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and the oral mucosa: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, aphthous and ulcerative stomatitis.
Contraindication
Increased individual sensitivity to any components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
With the simultaneous use of Ingalipt with drugs that are derivatives of p-aminobenzoic acid (novocaine, anestezin, dicaine), the antibacterial activity of sulfonamides is inactivated.
Application features
Before using the drug, it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water. Remove necrotic plaque from the affected areas of the oral cavity (ulcers, erosions) using sterile swabs.
After irrigating the oral cavity with the drug, you should refrain from eating for 15-30 minutes.
Before using the drug, people prone to allergies and diabetics (since the drug contains sugar) must consult a doctor.
Before use, remove the protective cap from the canister and put the sprayer supplied on the valve stem. Then insert the free end of the sprayer into the mouth and press the valve head for 1-2 seconds, holding the canister vertically. To prevent the sprayer from clogging, blow it out or place it in a glass of clean water after the manipulation. Close the canister with the protective cap to prevent contamination.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
Drivers and operators of machinery should use the drug with caution due to the fact that the drug contains ethyl alcohol. The drug may distort the results of alcohol tests.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The use of the drug during pregnancy or breastfeeding is possible under the supervision of a doctor, weighing the benefit/risk ratio, strictly adhering to the dosage regimen of the drug.
Method of administration and doses
Apply to adults and children over 3 years of age topically, by irrigating the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasopharynx.
Before using the drug, it is necessary to put the sprayer on the aerosol can, shake the can several times, and then, by pressing the sprayer all the way down, evenly irrigate the affected area with the drug.
During one inhalation session, perform 2-3 sprays, keeping the drug in the oral cavity for 5-7 minutes. Irrigation should be performed 3-4 times a day. The duration of use of the drug depends on the intensity of therapy and is usually 7-10 days.
Children
The drug should not be used in children under 3 years of age.
Children may develop reflex bronchospasm due to the presence of eucalyptus oil and peppermint oil in the composition of the drug. Treatment of children should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor. Use the drug in children aged 3 years and older, taking into account the possibility of developing reflex bronchospasm.
Overdose
In case of overdose, the side effects of the drug may be increased.
In all cases of overdose, it is necessary to discontinue use of the drug and rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water.
Treatment is symptomatic.
Adverse reactions
On the part of the immune system: allergic reactions, including itching, urticaria, skin rash, swelling at the site of contact, in individuals with hypersensitivity, the development of angioedema (Quincke's edema) is possible.
On the part of the respiratory system: difficulty breathing; possible occurrence of reflex bronchospasm due to the content of essential oils.
Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting.
Local effects: burning sensation in the mouth or soreness, or lump in the throat, hyperemia of the pharyngeal mucosa.
Other: general weakness.
If any adverse events or unusual reactions are detected, you should consult a doctor regarding further use of the drug.
Expiration date
2 years.
Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
