Composition of the medicinal product: active ingredients: 1 bottle (30 ml) or bottle (50 ml) of the drug contains soluble streptocide 0.75 g or 1.25 g, sodium sulfathiazole (hexahydrate) in terms of anhydrous sodium sulfathiazole 0.54 g or 0.9 g, thymol 0.015 g or 0.025 g, eucalyptus oil 0.015 g or 0.025 g, peppermint oil 0.015 g or 0.025 g, sage leaf liquid extract (1:10) 1.26 g or 2.1 g; excipients: ethanol 96%, refined sugar, glycerin, polysorbate, purified water.

The pharmacological effects of the drug are due to the action of its components. Soluble streptocide and sodium sulfathiazole have antimicrobial effects against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria that cause diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx. Thymol has antiseptic, expectorant and antispasmodic effects. Eucalyptus oil has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic activity. Sage has an intense antimicrobial effect, which is enhanced by the action of eucalyptus oil. Peppermint oil, when applied to mucous membranes, exhibits a moderate local anesthetic effect. The combination of these components of the drug provides a comprehensive pathogenetic therapy of inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and upper respiratory tract. The drug has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antifungal effects; active against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungi of the genus Candida.
Indications for use. Local treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and the oral mucosa (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, aphthous and ulcerative stomatitis).
Contraindication. Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug (including intolerance to sulfonamides, essential oils or other components of the drug). Children's age up to 2 years.
Proper safety precautions during use. It is unacceptable for the drug to get into the eyes. Consult your doctor before using the drug! Do not use the drug for longer than the specified time without consulting a doctor!
Special precautions. Before using the drug, it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water. Remove necrotic plaque from the affected areas of the oral cavity (ulcers, erosions) using sterile swabs. After irrigating the oral cavity with the drug, you should refrain from eating for 15 - 30 minutes. When using the drug in children, it should be taken into account that a single dose of the drug, sprayed in 1 - 2 seconds, contains 0.0076 - 0.0152 ml of ethanol (96%), which is 0.0004 - 0.0013 ml/kg for a single dose for children aged 2 - 5 years (body weight - 12 - 21 kg), 0.0002 - 0.0007 ml/kg for children aged 6 - 12 years (body weight - 21 - 38 kg). Be sure to inform your doctor about your previous reaction to taking drugs in this group.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There are no contraindications to the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but it is necessary to strictly adhere to the dosage regimen of the drug.
The ability to influence the reaction speed when driving or working with other mechanisms. The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms, however, drivers should consider the possible distortion of the results of alcohol tests.
Children. There is no experience with the use of the drug in children under 2 years of age. Use with caution in children due to the possibility of developing reflex bronchospasm.
Method of administration and doses. It is prescribed to adults and children over 2 years of age locally on the mucous membranes of the oral cavity and nasopharynx by irrigation, spraying the drug into the oral cavity for 1 - 2 seconds. Adults are irrigated 3-4 times a day. Children over 2 years of age are irrigated 1-2 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a doctor. The duration of use of the drug depends on the course of the disease and is usually 3-10 days. The frequency and duration of use are determined individually by the doctor and depend on the severity of the disease! Rules for using a cylinder/bottle. 1. Remove the safety cap from the cylinder/bottle. 2. Put the supplied nozzle (sprayer) on the cylinder valve stem, making sure it is clean beforehand. 3. Shake the can/bottle for 1 minute and press the nozzle no more than 5 times until a dispersed jet appears. It is allowed to repeat the action again if there is no jet. 4. Insert the free end of the spray into the mouth and, holding the can vertically, press on the spray head. 5. After finishing irrigation, remove the sprayer from the cylinder valve stem and close the cylinder with the safety cap to prevent contamination. 6. The sprayer should be kept clean by rinsing it daily under warm running water and then drying it in a warm place.
Side effects. The drug is usually well tolerated, but in some cases nausea, vomiting, local effects (burning sensation in the mouth or itching), allergic reactions are possible. Bronchospasm is possible in children. If you experience any adverse events or unusual reactions, consult your doctor regarding further use of the drug.
Interaction with other drugs and other types of interactions. If you are taking any other medications, be sure to consult your doctor about the possibility of using the drug! When used simultaneously with para-aminobenzoic acid derivatives (novocaine, anestezin, dicaine), the antimicrobial effect of Ingalipt-Zdorovya may be weakened.
Expiration date. 1.5 years.
Storage conditions. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
