Properties

A characteristic property of Inguar is that the granules form a gel with water. With prolonged use, guar gum helps to reduce the initial level of glucose in the blood. In monotherapy, Inguar helps to reduce the level of total cholesterol and low-density lipoproteins in the blood serum.

Inguar promotes the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes the natural intestinal microflora, and helps reduce the intensity of glucose absorption into the blood.

Recommendations for use

Guar gum is a dietary fiber obtained from the endosperm of the seeds of Cyamopsis tetragonoloba.

Guar is used as a biologically active food additive as a source of fiber (dietary fiber) with a multifaceted health effect, namely, it prolongs bowel emptying time, as well as the absorption of carbohydrates in the small intestine, and helps reduce baseline blood glucose and cholesterol levels.

Method of application

Adults should take 1 sachet 2-3 times a day before or during meals.

The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in a glass of drinking water and consumed immediately after preparation.

It is recommended to start using the dietary supplement with 1/2 sachet 2 times a day to avoid undesirable effects on the gastrointestinal tract.

Duration of use from 4 weeks. Do not take dry granules of Inguar.

WARNING

It is not recommended for children, pregnant women, mothers, and those with hypersensitivity to guar gum to exceed the recommended daily dose.

Inguar should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

At the beginning of treatment, side effects from the gastrointestinal tract are possible in the form of flatulence and loose stools.
