The BD Emerald 2 ml disposable injection syringe with one 23G needle (0.6 mm x 30 mm) consists of a transparent cylinder and piston, as well as a rubber cuff on the piston (3rd component), which ensures smooth and jerk-free administration of the drug.

Latex-free synthetic rubber seal completely eliminates the risk of allergic reactions. Special silicone lubricant ensures smooth and uniform piston movement. These characteristics are especially important when slow-flowing infusions, accurate dosing in anesthesiology and intensive care are required. The syringe barrel is completely transparent, which allows you to control the absence of air bubbles during drug administration (avoiding embolism of small vessels) and assess the proper appearance of the medication. The syringe scale is made of clear and contrasting black or blue paint to ensure the most accurate dosing. The locking ring prevents the piston from accidentally slipping out of the cylinder. The needles are made of stainless steel with a triple tip and treated with silicone. Unlike the usual oblique cut, the triple tip minimizes pain during injection. During the production process, the needles undergo multi-stage chemical treatment and laser grinding, as a result of which the needle tip is perfectly polished and hardened. The needle tube is coated with silicone, which reduces tissue trauma during puncture. Ergonomic sterile blister packaging, consisting of medical paper and polyamide film, contains a syringe with a needle, which simplifies the injection by reducing the number of manipulations.
