Active ingredients

Inositol is a B vitamin that occurs naturally in the human body, mainly in the form of myo-inositol, which is a component of cell membranes. D-chiro-inositol is formed by the conversion of myo-inositol in certain cellular processes. Folic acid promotes the growth of sex cells during pregnancy and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Recommendations for use

The recommended dose is 1 capsule twice a day, regardless of meals. To achieve the maximum effect of inositol, the interval between doses should be 12 hours.
