Inoseda syrup 250mg/5ml 120 ml

Inoseda syrup is indicated for herpes infection and other viral diseases with confirmed immune system disorders.

Composition

active ingredient: inosine pranobex;

5 ml of syrup contains inosine pranobex 250 mg;

excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), sodium saccharin, sucrose, glycerin, ethanol 96%, "Blueberry" flavoring, vanillin, purified water.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the active substance and/or to any of the excipients of the medicinal product.

Method of application

The medicine is intended for oral use.

Application features

Pregnant women

Despite the absence of teratogenic effects in animals, the use of the drug in the first trimester of pregnancy is possible only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Children

The medicine can be used in children from 1 year of age.

Drivers

Inosine does not affect the reaction rate when driving or using other mechanisms.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been observed. The half-lethal dose (LD50) exceeds the therapeutic dose of inosine by more than 40 times.

Adverse reactions

The only permanent adverse reaction during treatment with inosine is a temporary increase in uric acid levels in blood plasma and urine, which returns to the initial normal values a few days after the end of treatment.

Interaction

The drug should not be used simultaneously with corticosteroids, immunoglobulins, cytostatics, antilymphocyte immunoglobulins (due to a negative effect on the pharmacological activity of inosine).

Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºС in a place inaccessible to children.

Shelf life: 3 years.

After opening the bottle, the drug can be used for 6 months.
