Composition
active ingredients: 1 sachet-pack contains: white willow bark extract (Salix alba) (1:5) (extractant water) 135 mg; adhatoda vascular leaf extract (Adhatoda vasica) (1:5) (extractant water) 50 mg; violet leaf and flower extract (Viola odorata) (1:5) (extractant water) 15 mg; licorice root and rhizome extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (1:5) (extractant water) 115 mg; Chinese tea leaf extract (Thea sinensis) (1:5) (extractant water) 30 mg; fennel fruit extract (Foniculum vulgare) (1:5) (extractant water) 15 mg; extract of eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus) (1:5) (extractant water) 25 mg; extract of valerian roots and rhizomes (Valeriana officinalis) (1:5) (extractant water) 15 mg;
excipients: menthol, corn starch, sucrose.

Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
A complex natural preparation based on medicinal herbs, which together have a wide range of antimicrobial effects (disinfectant, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties).
White willow. White willow bark contains salicin and is used for pain and fever. Salicin enhances the analgesic, antipyretic, disinfectant, and antiseptic properties of the drug.
Adhatoda vascular. Contains the bitter non-volatile alkaloid vasicin, which provides antiseptic properties and has an expectorant effect.
Violet is fragrant. It has antihistamine, expectorant, and antipyretic properties.
Licorice root. Reduces irritation and has an expectorant and antispasmodic effect due to stimulation of tracheal mucus secretion.
Chinese tea (tea leaves). Has a bronchodilator effect, exhibits astringent and stimulating properties.
Fennel. Helps with respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma and bronchitis due to its secretolytic and antispasmodic properties.
Eucalyptus globular. Has an antiseptic and expectorant effect.
Valerian root. Has a sedative effect, helps with headaches, coughs, and fever.
Indication
Symptomatic therapy of flu, colds, viral respiratory diseases accompanied by cough, fever, throat irritation, nasal congestion, headache.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to salicylates, plants of the Apiaceae family (celery), anethole, or to any other component of the drug.
Severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions
The simultaneous use of the drug with other antitussives, as well as with drugs that reduce sputum formation, is not recommended.
Simultaneous use with cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs (quinidine), thiazide and loop diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids and laxatives may increase hypokalemia. Excessive doses of drugs containing fennel, due to estrogenic activity, may affect the results of hormonal therapy with the use of birth control pills. Enhances the effect of alcohol, sedatives, hypnotics, hypotensive, anxiolytic and antispasmodic drugs.

Application features
Use with caution in glomerulonephritis, hepatitis, organic heart disease, arterial hypertension, blood clotting disorders, liver and kidney dysfunction, hypokalemia, severe obesity, bronchial asthma, bronchospasm, whooping cough, pseudocroup; depression.
When used for a long time and in large quantities, the drug impairs digestion, causes headaches, excites the nervous system, and impairs heart function.
In case of a temperature increase of more than 38 °C, increased cough, wheezing in the lungs, purulent sputum, rhinorrhea with purulent discharge, sore throat, discontinue use of the drug and consult a doctor.
The granules contain sucrose, which should be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus and those on a hypocaloric diet. Also, due to the sucrose content of the preparation, it should not be used by patients with rare hereditary diseases such as fructose intolerance or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency.
Ability to influence reaction speed when driving vehicles or other mechanisms
While taking the drug, you should refrain from driving or working with complex mechanisms.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
If necessary, it is recommended to stop breastfeeding. The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy.
Method of administration and doses
You should consult a doctor before using the medicine.
Use 1 sachet 2–3 times a day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a cup of hot water or tea and drink in small portions.
The duration of the course of treatment is determined individually by the doctor and should usually last from 5 to 7 days. The maximum dose is 1 sachet 3 times a day.
Children
The drug is not prescribed to children under 12 years of age.
Overdose
Possible increased side effects.
Symptoms include: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, allergic skin rashes, disturbances in water and electrolyte balance, resulting in the possible development of hypokalemic myopathy and myoglobinuria; feeling depressed, fatigued, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, bradycardia, increased blood clotting.
Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible, including skin rash, itching, skin hyperemia, urticaria, angioedema; gastrointestinal disorders (including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, intestinal dysfunction); increased blood pressure, hypokalemia; respiratory disorders; sleep disorders and manifestations of the opposite stimulating effect, headache, bradycardia, arrhythmia, weakness, drowsiness, depression, decreased performance; disturbances of water and electrolyte balance (the appearance of edema).
If any unusual reactions occur, you should stop taking the drug and be sure to consult a doctor.
