The INTELARIA complex is used as a dietary supplement, as a source of structural phospholipids phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine, natural polyphenol resveratrol and polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic) to improve cognitive functions, memory, and attention in people with age-related decline in brain function, chronic cerebral circulation disorders, and neurodegenerative changes; normalize psychoemotional state and reduce stress caused by intense mental work or physical training.

Thanks to its balanced composition, INTELARIA stimulates brain function, helps improve thinking processes, concentration, memory, increases the resistance of brain cells to ischemic damage, prevents the aging of brain cells. INTELARIA components affect brain functions, improving the transmission of information between neurons (increasing the synthesis of acetylcholine) and cerebral blood flow, activating glucose metabolism. The complex normalizes the psycho-emotional state, mental performance and stress resistance due to its effect on the release of the mood neurotransmitter (dopamine) and reducing the level of the stress hormone (cortisol).

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a structural phospholipid component of the inner layer of the brain cell membrane, which ensures the normal functioning of nerve cells; improves electrical conductivity between neurons, the release of neurotransmitters, and the protection and restoration of brain cells.
Phosphatidylserine helps increase the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, necessary for attention, learning and memory; stimulates the release of dopamine - a mood regulator; enhances glucose metabolism in brain cells - a source of energy for brain activity; reduces the level of cortisol - a stress hormone, which reduces the degree of mental and physical overstrain; increases the activity of nerve growth factor (NGF), which controls the formation of brain cells, maintains their activity and viability; reduces excessive activity of the ß-rhythm, which promotes relaxation and simultaneous concentration of attention.

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a structural phospholipid component of cell membranes, in particular, the outer layer of the brain cell membrane, is a source of choline, which is necessary for the synthesis of the important neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which ensures the transmission of nerve impulses between neurons. PC improves cognitive brain functions, liver function, participates in metabolic processes, reduces the absorption of cholesterol from foods and the formation of fat deposits.
Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol found in grapes, wine, and Japanese knotweed. Due to its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, it has a neuroprotective effect, helps increase the availability of nitric oxide in the vascular wall, which helps improve cerebral blood flow, activates metabolic processes, and prevents the formation of amyloid in brain cells, which protects against aging and degenerative processes.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are the most abundant omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the brain and important structural and functional components of the nervous system. DHA and EPA provide neurogenesis, neurotransmission, neuroprotection and protection against oxidative stress of brain tissues. Docosanoid – neuroprotectin D1 is synthesized from DHA, which has neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects, helps reduce the degree of neuronal damage in trauma, ischemia and toxic damage to the central nervous system.
It has been found that a decrease in DHA content accompanies the aging process, leading to cognitive deficits (loss of the ability to understand, learn, recognize, perceive and process information) and the development of neurodegenerative changes in the brain.
