Inulin-Nutrimed is an additional source of natural inulin. As a prebiotic, it promotes digestion and normalizes the functioning of the large intestine, improves and stabilizes the composition of intestinal microflora, in particular bifidobacteria. Inulin-Nutrimed® reduces blood glucose levels, normalizes carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, prevents vascular complications in type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. Due to the normalization of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, it leads to weight loss in people who control their body weight. Promotes the absorption of calcium by the body.

Active ingredients

Inulin-Nutrimed® is a fructooligosaccharide (a complex carbohydrate of plant origin) produced from fresh chicory roots using Nutrimed's proprietary patented technology. This allows for the production of inulin with a branched molecular structure, which is characterized by an increased effect on the body. Inulin is a prebiotic, meaning it is selectively fermented and leads to specific changes in the composition and/or activity of the intestinal microbiome, which benefits humans.

Inulin-Nutrimed® exhibits its functional properties in the large intestine, where it is completely absorbed by the microflora, mainly bifidobacteria and lactobacteria. During the metabolism of inulin, the intestinal microbiome produces endogenous short-chain fatty acids (mainly butyric acid), which have a multi-purpose protective effect on the gastrointestinal tract.

Inulin-Nutrimed® selectively promotes the reproduction and active growth of normal intestinal microflora, increases its detoxification properties, and prevents the development of pathogenic microorganisms.

Taking Inulin-Nutrimed® increases the ability of the intestinal microbiome to support all types of metabolism in the body and all functions of the gastrointestinal tract (motor, secretory, absorption, excretory, immune). Against this background, skin condition improves, lipid and cholesterol levels normalize, and appetite decreases.
