Composition
1 sachet contains: psyllium (plantain seed husk/Plantago ovata Forssk) - 3250 mg (mg), dandelion root extract (Extract Root Taraxacum) - 300 mg (mg).
General properties
ISPALLAX is a dietary supplement that contains an additional source of biologically active substances and plant fibers to the diet. The properties of the ISPALLAX dietary supplement are due to the action of active ingredients of plant origin that are part of its composition and exhibit complex activity.
Psyllium (the husk of psyllium seeds) is particularly rich in dietary fiber (cellulose) and mucilage, is partially fermentable, and works by absorbing water in the intestines.
Psyllium affects peristalsis and intestinal function through mechanical stimulation of the intestinal walls due to an increase in the volume of intestinal contents under the influence of water, which also results in a decrease in the viscosity of intestinal contents. When taken with sufficient fluid, psyllium increases the volume and filling of intestinal contents with water, facilitating defecation; at the same time, the swollen mass of mucus acts as a moisturizing layer, facilitating the removal of intestinal contents.
Psyllium is a powerful enterosorbent. Swelling in the intestines, it turns into a mucous mass, removing toxins and toxins from the body. Also, with prolonged use, psyllium helps to reduce the intensity of glucose absorption into the blood and reduce the level of total cholesterol in the blood serum by reducing cholesterol absorption in the intestines and increasing cholesterol metabolism in the liver. In addition, its action is aimed at enveloping the walls of the digestive tract, healing wounds and erosions in it.
Dandelion root extract contains inulin and flavonoids, which helps improve intestinal function, overall body strengthening, and increases immunity and body defenses. Inulin promotes the reproduction and active growth of normal intestinal microflora, increasing its detoxification properties, prevents the development of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestinal tract, and improves metabolism.
Flavonoids present in dandelion root extract have pronounced antioxidant properties, helping to protect cells from free radicals and oxidative stress.

Method of application
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet 1-3 times a day. Stir the contents of the sachet thoroughly in at least 150 ml of room temperature water and drink immediately. Then drink another 200 ml of water. Do not use the contents of the sachet in dry form! Taking the contents of the sachet without sufficient liquid may cause difficulty in swallowing and may lead to suffocation. Avoid inhaling the powder during the preparation of the solution. An interval of approximately 60 minutes is required between taking Ispallax and medications.
