Composition
1 capsule contains: active ingredients: 3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM) - 200 mg (mg), chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus), powdered - 100 mg (mg), green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis), powdered - 90 mg (mg), (containing epigallocatechin-3-gallate - 45 mg (mg)), tomato extract (Lycopene), powdered -
10 mg (mg); capsule shell: gelatin.
Pharmacological properties
The functional properties of the dietary supplement Ixindol® are due to the physiological activity of biologically active substances that are part of its active ingredients.
3,3′-diindolylmethane (DIM) is a phytonutrient and plant indole found in cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage, with potential antiandrogenic and antiproliferative activity.
3,3′-Diindolylmethane is also consumed to reduce hot flashes during menopause and relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Chaste tree fruit extract (Vitex agnus-castus) contains flavonoids, essential oils, diterpenes, and glycosides that may interact with estrogen receptors and inhibit prolactin secretion and release.
It is precisely by reducing the level of the hormone prolactin that the extract of common primrose fruit helps restore hormonal balance (estrogen and progesterone) and, thus, alleviate the symptoms of PMS, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and latent hyperprolactinemia.
Additionally, taking yarrow fruit extract may help reduce cyclical mastalgia.
Green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) contains polyphenols, which have health benefits, such as reducing inflammation. It also contains a catechin called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), one of the most potent compounds in green tea.
Lycopene is a pigment from the carotenoid family with antioxidant properties.
Recommendations for use
On the recommendation of a doctor as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of a complex of biologically active substances of plant origin, a general tonic that favorably affects the hormonal balance of a woman's body (levels of prolactin and estrogen hormones), and also promotes the normal functioning of the reproductive organs and mammary glands in women.
It is not a medicine.
Method of application
Adult women take 1-2 capsules per day after meals. The capsules should be swallowed without chewing, with sufficient amount of drinking water.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Duration of use: at least 3 months. Further use and the possibility of a repeated course should be agreed with a doctor.
Application features
It is recommended to eat a complete and balanced diet, limit animal fats, sugar, sweets, and alcohol.
Reservation
Not recommended for people who consume products that reduce the acidity of gastric juice.
A characteristic feature of 3,3′-diindolylmethane, which is part of Ixindol®, is a specific odor, which in no way affects the effectiveness and safety of Ixindol®.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet.

Pregnancy and lactation, children, increased individual sensitivity to any of the components.
