"Kalmavis" is a combined sedative consisting of a complex of medicinal plants, the amino acid L-tryptophan and magnesium, reduces anxiety, mental tension, helps to calm stress, fatigue and increased irritability, provides peace, balance of the nervous system and good well-being.

Active ingredients

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, a natural relaxant. It has an antidepressant effect, replenishing the lack of serotonin. Serotonin, in turn, by contributing to the increase in melatonin, eliminates superficial and provides deep sleep. By reducing the craving for food, especially carbohydrates, it helps to effectively control the centers of food pleasure, accelerating the feeling of satiety, which leads to weight loss and prevents the development of obesity. Magnesium regulates the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction, reduces the excitability of nerve cells. Valerian eliminates the excitability of the nervous system, normalizes sleep. Recommendations for use

Children over 12 years old and adults - 1-3 tablets per day, preferably in the afternoon, washed down with water.

The course of treatment is 10–30 days.

Precautions

During the period of use of the drug, caution should be exercised when driving vehicles and engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
