Composition

1 tablet (600 mg) contains: active ingredient: L-tryptophan 150 mg; excipients: fillers: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, glidants: calcium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Recommendations for use

Use as a dietary supplement to the diet of adults as an additional source of L-tryptophan, which helps relieve feelings of anxiety, hyperactivity and obsessive states, promotes falling asleep and normal sleep.

L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, not synthesized in the body. Nicotinic acid, formed from tryptophan, is an important component in energy metabolism. It participates in the synthesis of proteins, as well as in the synthesis of a number of biologically active substances: vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid), serotonin, melatonin, etc.

L-Tryptophan is involved in the synthesis of hemoglobin, serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin is the “happiness hormone” and melatonin is the “sleep hormone”.

L-Tryptophan helps maintain a normal sleep-wake cycle and also helps adapt to changing time zones (for example, when flying).

Method of application

Unless your doctor has prescribed otherwise, follow these recommendations.

Directions for use and recommended daily dose: adults should take 1-2 tablets per day, regardless of meals.

The recommended duration of use is 1 month. Further courses and the frequency of repeated courses are determined by the doctor individually. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Individual hypersensitivity to individual components of the product. The dietary supplement is not used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
