Composition
Per capsule weighing 400 mg (mg), active ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid – 100.0 mg, hop cone extract – 100.0 mg, wild yam root extract (dioscorea) – 70.0 mg, black cohosh rhizome extract – 30.0 mg, vitamin D3 – 5.0 mcg. Excipients – potato starch, calcium stearate (E470).

An additional source of biologically active substances, alpha-lipoic acid and vitamin D3; promotes general strengthening of the body of women with climacteric syndrome, improves the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, and has mild sedative properties.
Properties
Hop cones have a positive effect on emotionally labile states in women associated with menopausal manifestations, are effective in vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) and serve as a safe replacement for hormone therapy in women during menopause. They contain a number of biologically active components (essential oils, flavonoids (rutin, astragalin, isoquercitrin), vitamins B, PP, C, oxycinnamic acids (caffeic, quinic), humulene acid, valeric acid, etc.). Hop essential oil has a calming effect, improves sleep. A number of active hop ingredients exhibit proestrogenic activity.
The root of cimicifuga exhibits estrogen-like properties without stimulating the proliferation of uterine and mammary tissue. In gynecological practice, the extract of cimicifuga root is used to relieve pain during menopause and premenstrual syndrome, with heavy menstruation, dysmenorrhea (including algodysmenorrhea). Cimicifuga alleviates the manifestations of climacteric syndrome in the perimenopausal period. Contains phenolic compounds, gum, triterpene glycosides, isoflavone, essential oil, aromatic acids (salicylic and isoferulic), tannins, phytoestrogens, organic acids, phytosterols, carotene, as well as several minerals (selenium, magnesium, calcium, iron).
Dioscorea root (wild yam) has a beneficial effect on the entire body, improves well-being, helps with climacteric and premenstrual syndromes, gently relaxes the smooth muscles of the uterus, relieves headaches and fatigue. The active substance of Dioscorea - diosgenin, affects the entire endocrine system and contributes to the overall health of the female body.
Vitamin D plays a key role in calcium-phosphorus metabolism and affects bone mineral density. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with health risks, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, metabolic syndrome, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and mental health problems. A high percentage of women of reproductive age are deficient in vitamin D, which is an important component that regulates calcium homeostasis and many other cellular functions.
Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) plays an important role in the utilization of carbohydrates and the implementation of normal energy metabolism of the cell, helps to reduce the concentration of glucose in the blood, which reduces the risk of developing diabetes, has a positive effect on the lipid profile. ALA is a powerful endogenous and exogenous antioxidant, reduces the increased risk of oxidative damage to cells, which slows down their age-related aging. ALA has a positive effect on brain function, improves memory, mood and cognitive functions, optimizes liver function.
Klimona is recommended to reduce the manifestations and severity of climacteric syndrome (irritability, asthenic conditions, sudden mood swings, sleep disturbances, night sweats), prevent aging and menopausal osteoporosis, and reduce the manifestations of artificial menopause caused by taking medications or after surgery.
Method of application
women 1 capsule per day after meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated several times a year. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The daily dose and course of treatment can be changed as prescribed by a doctor.
