Plantar fasciitis, or heel pain, is the result of microtears that lead to inflammation of the plantar aponeurosis (connective tissue attached to the heel bone on one side and to the toes on the other, which provides "cushioning" of the arch of the foot). This can be caused by excessive stress on the foot: flat feet, prolonged walking, carrying heavy objects, etc. Frequent inflammation of the aponeurosis can provoke the growth of the heel bone in the form of a process called "heel spur", which increases traumatization of the soft tissues of the foot and increases pain when walking. Properties

Provides a preventive solution to the problem of plantar fasciitis (heel pain), which occurs as a result of microtrauma and inflammation of the aponeurosis - the connective tissue responsible for the shock-absorbing function of the foot. Accelerates blood circulation by increasing the nutrition of the aponeurosis cells, which soothes inflammatory processes and accelerates tissue regeneration. Has an antiseptic effect, reduces pain, restores foot function

Method of application

Apply the balm to the skin of the feet in the area of inflammation 2-3 times a day, preferably before steaming in saline solution (no more than 10 minutes). The procedures should be carried out daily until a positive result is obtained. After the procedure, it is recommended to wear cotton socks in the evening. It is recommended to combine with special exercises and orthopedic insoles or soles.

Contraindication

Not recommended for people with hypersensitivity to individual components of the composition.

For external use only. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.
